It went very well. The team came in, worked with me on the estimate and project outlines, communicated clearly and promptly throughout the entire process, including when we needed to make a change request due to unexpected problems in the house. They were professional, left the place very clean, and did their best to make the remodel look great. I would definitely use them again.

Joe and his team did such an amazing job. From the flooring and the walls, to the kitchen cabinets. I couldn't believe the end result. I was amazed. The main thing I respect about Joe is his honesty and professionalism from the very beginning. This is rare to find with contractors. He broke it down step by step on how the process works and the estimate time it could take. No empty promises. Just results! I felt relaxed. This guy is very organized. We had weekly calls with updates. After our talks, he would take notes and add it to the builder trend app. The builder trend app was great in keeping everything organized on what is being done and setting up payments. If I had additional questions, Joe was easily reachable. He pays close attention to detail and makes sure he gets the job done right the first time! I absolutely would recommend him.

Joe and his team were very professional. We were given an outline for the complete renovation of our bathroom with timelines, pricing and product information. Once the project started, we had weekly calls with the entire team to discuss progress and/or any changes. This attention to detail made the project progress seamlessly and made us feel at ease with the work. We added some very detailed work like heated floors and shower basin and a custom shower door. They were able to take on this custom work easily. We are very pleased with our new bathroom and highly recommend this contractor.

I used Hudson Home Improvement to redo my hardwood floors, install new windows, and paint my apartment. The quality of the work was superb, they communicated very well throughout the process, and the work was done on-time. While we paid upfront for the estimate, the guaranteed price-point gave us peace of mind (we'd hear horror stories of contractors going way over budget), and they honored the guarantee even after some unexpected difficulties arose. I plan on working with them again.

HHI was unbelievable. They redid my kitchen and living room. Total gut of the kitchen, took down 2 walls, recessed lighting, crown molding, baseboard molding, redid hardwood floor, installed a chandelier. So professional and great to work with. The end product was just beyond what I could have hoped for. Such attention to detail and real craftsmen. Plus, they specialize in working in city environments which is more complicated than the suburbs. They do it all and take the stress out! Joe and his group are a class act! Would absolutely recommend!

It never happened. After four phone calls to this establishment and no response, I gave up and located another contractor. Each time I called, I spoke to a receptionist, who said she would pass my information along to the contractor. I received one call back from him to give me a rough idea of the job involved. After calling back twice to try to set up an appointment for the work, I never received a call back. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I had Joe in to take measurements for custom cabinets and he said he would be back in touch in 6 weeks. He never called and I couldn't get him to answer the phone or return my calls.

Biggest run around. Joe drew out the process for months before I had to hire another contracting company. He set back my remodel 6 months. He said he had submitted plans to the city for approval. I called the city to check on the process, only to find out he never submitted them.

We got an estimate from them and it was more than what we bought the house for. He was really professional, he just didn't have any idea what was involved and didn't even know what the work was. He was selling this big beautiful bathroom, and all we needed was a whole fixed. It was very detailed for work that did not need to be done. In the future he needs to do a walk through, listen to the customer, and do not add up the size of the project. They were very professional they just didn't do the job.

Never actually had any work done. Called Joe to set up a consultation for a number of projects I wanted done in my home. Spoke to a receptionist who said she would pass on a message and I would get a call back. Never received a call back. Called again and received a call back same day. Discussed projects with Joe and scheduled a consultation. Day of appointment came and no one ever showed up. I called and spoke to the receptionist who said she would pass on message. I never received a call back. This was such a disappointment because I read very good reviews. The lack of professionalism is astounding. If there was no interest in taking on the project I would have rather they told me that right off the bat. I would never work with Joe or recommend him or his company to anyone!!

The job was handled professionally from start to finish. Joe was often on site, and his foreman Emil was equally skilled and responsive. They kept me informed every step of the way. We had weekly conference calls to review the next steps. I was regularly asked for feedback on how they were doing. The job went surprisingly smoothly and was completed ahead of schedule.
