"They installed our unit in March 2015, and the unit induced motor was found to be defective in Nov 2015. They not only charged us for the service call but also charged us for the part which was under warranty. It was very unprofessional. The same part after less than 5 years failed again, and they took no responsibility for their workmanship. Customer service Person does not deal with the customer on the request. This time again they were charging us for the defective part and exorbitantly for the service call under the pretext that we did not sign a maintenance contract with them. So we did not finally go with them but went with another vendor who is far better and professional."

"Andy and partner arrived within 2 hours of my request on Angi, diagnosed the issue with my broken hvac in 15 mins and ordered the parts for repair. 8am the following morning Andy called to advise the part would arrive at his office by 10:30 and he would be at my house at 11:30am to install and hung around to make sure unit was operating as it should testing output of each register. Thankfully the hvac is again working as it should as it is the middle of winter. Andy was efficient, honest, good communicator and fair in terms of cost. "Tech came out on Tuesday to service our furnace and look at duct work. Furnace was working but we could tell there was an issue. The tech told us that the diagnostics told him the furnace was ok but might need work in the future. 36 hours late our furnace stopped working. We called back and had the tech respond back out. They wanted to charge us another $135 service fee. Tech then found an issue with the capacitor and stated it needed to be replaced. Charged us $300 for a $35 part. The tech advised that the blower motor would most likely need to be replaced as well and quoted that at $2,290. 8 hours later our furnace stopped working again. The next day we hired a different company. They came out and advised it would cost $1,000 to replace the same. Before picking up the parts, the company checked and advised everything was covered under the warranty still and replaced the same for $350 in labor costs and service fees. The original tech made no mention of a warranty."
