Len had great suggestions, and, in the end, Len renovated my entire condo from custom made fireplace with mantle and ceramic tile, high hats to cornice lighting, to back splashes, wainscoting, crown molding, chair rails, baseboards, drywall, everything. It looked spectacular and all my neighbors raved about it. No detail was left undone. His work is phenomenal, real quality old school worker who values and takes pride in everything he does. A job estimated for 2 to 3 weeks took over 3 months. It is still not done to our satisfaction, but we "gave up", and told them to leave."
