Excellent experience. they were hired to re-stucco our chimney. When taking off old stucco they found all wood under rotted. discussed with us their recommendations. Took an extra day of hard work to rebuild chimney and apply new stucco. They did a quality job in a timely manner. Good communication throughout. Cleaned up well. Highly recommend.

He was exactly on time! Very pleasant, courteous and professional. Did a great job cleaning out my fireplace - left the area very neat and clean. The woman who answered the phone was also very pleasant. She kept me up-to-date on when he would be here- she texted me a half hour before he got here - it was a very good experience!!

They were just wonderful. The weather wasn't cooperating but in between rain drops they came and fixed my sidewalk. Everyone with the company was just great.

Vinnie from First Rate 1 Construction assessed the job on the same day I submitted my request. He provided a written quote with a detailed list of the work required. His price was in line with my other quotes and since he had done work at my home before (also through Home Advisor), I decided on his company. He made the repairs while I was at work and cleaned everything up before I got home. Pefect contractor experience for me.
