"Awful experience. Requested financing on utility bill with 0% interest and was never given that opportunity and was told that â fell through the cracksâ because I never brought it up again. Instead was sent a 10% interest loan application after install. Communication was lacking and was brushed off numerous times. Took 4 months for AC to finally get installed at the end of august (where it will now be dormant for 3 seasons). Holes in the wall and feiling that I had to request be fixed and a handyman was sent who did a botched job. Really terrible experience and overpayed for the opportunity to have 0 interest repayment on utility bill which was not even granted. Now paying back over 10k in interest on an already jacked up price."

"Changing my 5 star review to 2 stars. We have had a HE Boiler as well as a AC/Heat Pump installed by them. Unfortunately we needed service today. I was willing to pay for Emergency service. They said they couldn't make it out for 14 days, because we did not have a service contract. Spent about $25k for the installations. Which apparently means nothing to them What makes matters worse, the Emergency Service we paid through another HVAC provider was only necessary because of an issue they created during the installation. During the installation Speer Air originally ran the line for the residual pump over the copper hot water line. Which over time burned through the residual line, and then cause a hole and leak on the copper pipe."
