"Justin was awesome! Arrived at time he said he would, was professional and friendly. Extremely good at his job. Fixed my oven door just like that. Told me how best to not have same thing happen again. Was in and out in less than 10 mins. He even helped me do a small task because I asked for quick advice on an unrelated problem I had. He actually did it for me. Also in under a minute. Dude was just that good. He’s a wonderful employee and represents his company Elite very well well. I’d def use them in the future, and will recommend them to my neighbors as well, as anyone who asks. Or reads this review."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"They came out to do my mothers warranty job on a Navian boiler. She was quoted a price 3x anyone else, so she paid the service call bill. In the interum, the "plumber" ordered the repair part, sending to to their parts department When she refused to allow them to install HER part, they refused to tell her what they did with it. 5 days and multiple calls later, we still do not know where HER WARRANTY PART is. Her contract with them ended when she paid the bill for her visit, and by routing the part to their business rather than to her house, they virtually extorted her to force her to pay their outrageous bill"

"This is the most unprofessional and incompetent HVAC company i have ever dealt with. They came in to fix our HVAC system. the tech told us we need to replace the capacitor, after replacement it still didnt fix the issue. I was quoted another $1800 for the motor after an initial $375 charge. Luckily, we got a second company involved who diagnosed a clogged drain which was the issue. I paid $250 and got it fixed. We are still in dispute with this unprofessional company to refund our money back but they are full of excuses. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. GET SOMEONE ELSE"
