I thought my refrigerator died so I was very upset. I went off a recommendation from a friend and I am so glad I did. Scott was very professional and courteous and had my refrigerator back up and running quickly. He really seemed to care which is something that is missing in service nowadays. Great job and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family. Excellent value and excellent service.

From the initial phone call everyone could not have been nicer. They got back to me immediately and helped with every concern I could ve possibly had. The work was amazing and the time and effort was beyond impressive. They helped with every aspect to even saving me money!! Beyond trustworthy and kind! Would definitely hire them again and will be referring them to everyone I know. I got their name from a recommendation from another friend and I am beyond happy I called!!

Scott was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Diagnose the 25 year old fridge problem within minutes on Thursday, called and ordered the part, came back Friday morning and voilà. Problem fixed ! Highly recommended ! Thank you Scott!

I put in the request on a Sunday night and Scott was here Monday morning to help. With a difficult schedule, it was great to know they reached out so quickly. He was able to quickly define and solve the problem.

Scott called to set up the appointment right away. He worked around my schedule and came on time and called as promised to let me know that he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem and completed the job promptly and efficiently!

They were very quick to get in touch with me and evaluate my needs. They said they would call between 8-9 the day of appointment to let me know when they were coming and they did. They were very professional. The made the repair quickly and professionally. The cost was not exceedingly high at all. Will definitely use again.

Scott was professional and knew his way around my ice maker. He had an opening for a service call and was on time. He identified the possible problem and took action to fix. My ice maker appears to be working properly.

I had not even finished the information on line when I quickly got a call. I explained what was going on with my freezer portion of my refrigerator and he told me the drain line was probably clogged. He came out the next morning and fixed the problem. I have a great working freezer again!

Great experience. He came out quickly, the same day I called. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The work was done quickly and he cleaned up everything afterwards. The appliance is working perfectly again. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
