Gail, the scheduling coordinator, was very responsive and helpful every step of the way keeping us informed about what work was going to be done next. John, our project manager, was great and made sure all the work was completed efficiently and on time. The work crews coming in and out were outstanding. They were very respectful of our home, worked nonstop until the work was finished, and did an excellent job cleaning up every day. The biggest, and only, headache we encountered was waiting for inspections from our town, which is completely out of Basic Basements' control. We are very pleased and would 100% use them again."

"Used Len the Plumber in Cherry Hill for the first time. Called at 8 a.m. and they had someone out within a couple of hours. Pricing was up front, so no surprises. The tech - Sonny - was great! He answered all of my questions and had the toilet repaired in under an hour. I was concerned that the 30-year-old toilet would need to be replaced but, thankfully, Sonny determined that the toilet was in good working condition. I appreciated the honesty! I would have given 5 stars but pricing seemed high - almost $400 to replace a $20 part."

She experienced major plumbing issues over the last few months and was having a difficult time finding a trust-worthy plumber. "Stellar service from a company with a well-earned reputation for solid workmanship. These guys are the real deal. Ramon was exceptionally knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time explaining what needed to be done. Once I signed the contract, everything happened at lightening speed. The servicemen showed up on time, were careful to not damage the doors, walls, or hardwood floors when they hauled in the new gas boiler and water heater, and left the basement in spotless condition. After I sold the oil stored in my old oil tank, Horizon was out the very next day to cut up the tank, clean the inside of it, and haul it onto the driveway for inspection. Not a single drop of oil was spilled. They are that meticulous about their work. A shout out not only to the remarkably zenlike Ramon, but also to Robert, who patiently and respectfully dealt with an unnecessarily finicky inspector."
