We had a very good experience hiring Flow Pro, Chris was professional and on time. We had a sewer smell in the basement, Chris ran smoke and camera tests for diagnostic, explained the prosses in detailed, problem professionally fixed. highly recommend!

Chris was on time, professional, and clean. We have had issues with our AC system since we purchased our house 3 years ago. We had a couple other contractors out who just added Freon. This was the first company that ran diagnostics of the system to identify the problem. He cleaned the indoor and outdoor unit and fixed it! Our AC system is working great now.

My tankless water heater was making an odd noise for months and I wasn’t able to get hot water as fast as I used to. After trying another plumber with no success I found Chris. Chris came out the very next day and fixed both the sound and hot water issue in less than an hour! He explained the problem and the solution so I could easily understand what was happening. I can’t imagine using another plumber ever again. Thanks Chris!
