Did not have a known solution so I searched on Angi which came up with 4 options. Russell (RJ Appliance Repair) was extremely prompt in replying to my needs and was very professional and seemed honest so I figured I would try until I had a reason to move on. Russell came out and gave me my options and I decided to get a new one which was a bit of a challenge due to space requirements. I had a new one installed and found Russell to be awesome through the whole process. He was very prompt, professional, friendly, honest and informative through the whole process. If anyone needs help with appliances, please stay local and with a family owned business and call Russell. I cannot thank him enough and rate his services very high. He worked slowly and steady apologized for taking so long. My refrigerator stopped working he showed me that the compressor was fine. it was the fan needed to be cleaned. "There was excessive heating in 2 of our bedrooms. Invited AJ Perri - after a lot of loud banging, the technician said that we need 2 zone valves that will cost us $800 each for a total of $1,600+$100 for installation. I was able to find it on amazon for $73 each and the technician confirmed that I was ordering the right ones. He said he'd come over after the valves arrive. We called AJ Perri to schedule a follow-up appointment and were told that they won't install items that they didn't sell us directly! Went online and read a lot about these scammers - they have been fined repeatedly by the state for consumer rights violations. Will be filing a lawsuit against them soon. No idea how they have almost 5 stars on Angi's list - must be buying reviews from non-customers. These people are worse than used car salesman."
