Steve have done a great and efficient job explaining everything while fixing the issue with my washer/dryer combo.

Inked Appliance Repair was amazing. The owner, Steve, was prompt, friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and efficient. After showing up on time, I showed him what we had previously discussed via email and he promptly got to work. Two of the three fixes were done pretty quickly, they would've taken me days. He told me what was going on with them and how he got them fixed and why he did what he did. As a homeowner, that's important to me. The third appliance, the chest freezer, couldn't be fixed and Steve didn't waste time trying things after he explained to me that it wasn't cost-effective to fix this type of freezer. I appreciate him not wasting my time and money and trusted his recommendation. He left my home better than he found it.

Steve does great work. He helped us with appliances that had been impacted by a kitchen fire. He made sure they were safe to use and obtained replacement parts quickly for the pieces that were damaged and installed them so our stove and microwave looked brand new and function perfectly. He was extremely professional and on time every time he came out. You can’t go wrong with Steve as your repair person!

Stephen is always responsive, on time, neat, courteous, and handles the problem or answers the questions without hesitation.
