A teenager—presumably Jesse's son—was overseeing the job, and after asking a few basic questions he couldn't answer, and I asked for someone more qualified to manage the work, I was told I was being arrogant. They refused. We’ve been dealing with this issue for over a year, facing ongoing water damage and stress every time it rains, having to place towels to catch the leaks.
