+ 0 moreIt went badly: big hole in living room ceiling during roofing, from worker stepping through plywood; that was fixed same day, but has left a noticeable mark where repair was made; sheetrock on the vaulted ceiling in our living room now has nails coming through where crew hammered **** ** the exterior roofing install; screen walls on porch are ripped from the crew hoisting tools; one of the porch's corner supports was splintered when the roof roll for the screen porch roof was slammed down on the roof; and we now have leaks coming from our screen porch ceiling - where the porch roof meets the siding on the house - which has NEVER happened in the 20 years we've lived here. Avoid.
