Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have yet to receive the promised refund for work that was never completed. As a cancer survivor undergoing surveillance scans, the refund would greatly assist in covering my medical expenses. While we’ve had propane for a number of years we weren’t aware of several things that he told us about. We just purchased a gas detector, something we hadn’t heard of before.
