Palmer Gas & Oil has come to the rescue for us numerous times in the past two weeks! Timely responses, Incredible staff. Their Electrician Jason C. is a World Class Professional. Their Plumbing team also has been very responsive and all our experiences with Palmer have been truly awesome!

I noticed a small amount of dirt had washed away from under the pad where our propane tank sat. I called for a maintenance check up. The gentleman who came out for this was pleasant, understanding, informative and overall fantastic. I can't say enough for Rick R, and if I ever need someone to come out again I would definitely request him.

Palmer sent two great technicians out- Jason C and Matt D to upgrade our thermostat for a summer home. The arrived early and were exceptionally efficient. They remained on site until the system was satisfactorily tested and I was happy with the work. From the customer service scheduling call to the project itself Palmer provides a great customer experience.

Very cheerful and formative team. Did a great job and check all the gas appliances within the house after the house regulator change out. Recommended needed services on several items and did a great job of explaining why.

They just replaced my furnace and added central air to our home. They were professional the entire time. They kept me updated to the progress. I would recommend them and call them again if I ever need work in the future

Palmer Gas & Oil just did an entire replacement of the 20-year-old central HVAC + humidifier + thermostats two-zone system in my home with a new state-of-the-art total system and I could not be more pleased. From start to finish each employee was personable, extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, and the consummate professional. Jason C. and Sylvia M. from Palmer did an excellent job on the electrical connections to my new stove and oven. Additional work on my breaker box was completed as well. Everybody at Palmer, from the sales team, to the front desk, to the install team, to the service team has been simply excellent. We had a service call from Rick R to resolve a problem with our propane tanks shifting and tilting. He was efficient, pleasant and most importantly, informative. He had excellent information regarding propane safety and some steps we could take to have improve our safety equipment. I was so impressed with the excellent service that he provided.

I signed up with Palmer Oil for the first time this year and have been very pleased with their service thus far. I had some issues with my furnace ad it had not been used for a long time, and was happy with the way the techs took care of all of my concerns, and at a reasonable price. Oil delivery was timely and reasonable as well, with a discount given for prompt payment. I recommend Palmer Oil to anyone looking for a reputable and reliable supplier.

Palmer Gas has been providing our homes with propane gas and services for over 25 years. The office and customer service staff is courteous and helpful. The installers and repair personnel show up on time and leave the area they are working on cleaner than it was when they started the work. The technicians and repair staff explain what they are doing in a very understandable way. That is important for this of us that are not mechanically oriented. I would recommend the company and staff for your propane needs.

After the long holidays with family I ran out of propane. I’m on automatic delivery and this has never happened before. When I called Palmers they were right on it. They had someone here in half an hour and the driver didn’t leave until he knew my stove and dryer were working again. Thanks for the great service!!

Can’t say enough good things about Dave M at Palmer. Dave came out to inspect our oil tank and unfortunately it wasn’t up to code as the tank is in our garage and we didn’t have a barrier to prevent a car from crashing into it. I immediately panicked because it was the week of Christmas and we were running low on oil. I was so worried that we were going to run out of oil before we could pass the inspection, but Dave assured me he wouldn’t let that happen. He went to his truck, made some phone calls, and was able to rearrange his schedule to come back 2 days later and install the barrier himself (on Christmas Eve eve). We were able to get our tank refilled the same day. I was so relieved and grateful. Dave could not have been more kind and caring. He totally went above and beyond and we will not forget it! Thank you Dave!!

After playing phone tag I was flat out refused service. Was a complete waste of my time.

As first-time LP gas users, we had lots of question. Our account was set up quickly and easily over the phone, and the representative answered all our questions. The technician who performed the safety inspection provided additional information. We were impressed by the ease of contacting the right people as well as the efficiency of all aspects of dealing with the company.

We have been a Palmer customer for 6 years. The front office and the technicians has always been great to work with. We have been using their AC and Heating Service Plan and on automatic oil and propane fill for years and we have never had an issue. My most recent experience was today for the AC Service Plan. The technician (David) was very polite, experienced, knowledgeable and respectful of our time and home. It’s always a great experience to have maintenance conducted in you home and have the technicians give you expert advice on your heating and AC system. Our AC system is well over 25 years old and still running strong thanks to Palmer. I continue to be impressed with Palmer and will remain a customer for the foreseeable future!

I love this company! The office staff has a wonderful attitude and the service people are great! Josh and Peter did some work at my house today and they were polite, friendly, tidy and punctual. It is an absolute pleasure to be a customer of Palmer Gas!
