Diagnosed the problem and repaired in a timely manner

Craig was absolutely wonderful! I am extremely satisfied with the job he did for us. We live out of state and communication via text and phone was professional and prompt. The job was completed in the time frame given and my new a/c is fantastic. You will be in good hands with Freedom Air Mechanical. I will use them for all my future a/c needs.

Terrible. I choose freedom because Craig was eager and new to business but had Experience. I thought they will come early and stay late but instead came late and left early. Craig underestimate the difficulties and did well until the end when he took the easy way out and rushed and did a sloppy job. Then when we started to run the heat pumps we found that they were undersized and couldn’t do the job, ran constantly causing an $1100 electric charge and we still ran the furnace. Terribly frustrating, and then it was our fault because it didn’t go the way he expected

I posted I needed a window AC unit removed and this company was the only one to respond. The owners wife responded with in an hour, told me they would be at my house 3 days later. I responded, can you give me an estimate of how much it would cost. She responded, sir there is no charge, we just like helping out the community. I was shocked. Being on a fixed income. Craig arrived, removed the AC, and I started asking questions about mini split systems. He was here at least an hour explaining how they worked and my options. I have now ordered my new AC slash heatpump, to be installed. There was no pressure, just me asking questions and I loved what he had to say. Perfect gentleman.

Freedom Air Mechanical did an amazing job with replacing my boiler. I had 5-6 people come out to give me opinions and Craig was the only one that really took his time to help me find the best boiler for my home. He was very responsive, answer all my questions and concerns, and very importantly I knew he was honest. Out of all the potentials companies I considered, Freedom Air was the only one that gave me options and tried to help me save where I could. I would recommend Freedom Air Mechanical to my family and friends all day.

Incredibly responsive, prompt, and prepared. Shared extensive knowledge about our units and is easy to set up ongoing appointments for annual maintenance. We will be having Craig back to maintenance our furnace next. Thank you for the great communication and making it easy!

Very well. Craig is a terrific electrician who listens and discusses his thoughts of how he proposes to complete the task. Easy to work with priced appropriately and a good guy.

Repairs were excellent and thorough "even well documented". The tech found units low on coolant. He identified and repaired multiple refrigerant leak points. I have dealt with many HVAC contractors over the years and Freedom Air Mechanical is one of the best. I highly recommend.
