"I spent a lot of time trying to find someone that could replace my front steps. Getting someone to actually call back was the first challenge. Then, trying to find someone who does everything we wanted: granite steps, faux stone facing and sides, white railings, and the ability to tear up and lower my walkway then redo it to make the first step 7” was an even bigger challenge. We finally found the right guy/company and we are very happy with the results. Walter Santos of W. Santos Construction did it all for us. He started within days of us accepting his proposal. He was kind, communicated the next steps with us well, and the quality was fantastic. I was outside tonight taking photos and a family was taking a walk stopped me to ask who did the steps because “they make the house.” I took some dry and wet pics after the dust was washed off and I’m very happy with the results. He even came out to finish on Memorial Day."

"We wanted to replace our 30 year old wood deck with a composite deck so we met and received quotes from multiple contractors, but ultimately I decided to go with M&L Pro Landscaping & Construction. "Estimate was made by the son and the day they came the owner changed the project. He did take some money off the bill but not enough in my opinion. They used my hose and ripped it off the side of the house which I didnt notice until the next day . They also left some trash which I specifically asked the owner to remove. After four phone calls they have not called me back!"
