I spent a lot of time trying to find someone that could replace my front steps. Getting someone to actually call back was the first challenge. Then, trying to find someone who does everything we wanted: granite steps, faux stone facing and sides, white railings, and the ability to tear up and lower my walkway then redo it to make the first step 7” was an even bigger challenge. We finally found the right guy/company and we are very happy with the results. Walter Santos of W. Santos Construction did it all for us. He started within days of us accepting his proposal. He was kind, communicated the next steps with us well, and the quality was fantastic. I was outside tonight taking photos and a family was taking a walk stopped me to ask who did the steps because “they make the house.” I took some dry and wet pics after the dust was washed off and I’m very happy with the results. He even came out to finish on Memorial Day.

Walter is phenomenal! Friendly, professional, helpful and detail oriented. He showed up on time and when he said he would. I will be hiring him again. My favorite contractor ever; even my wife loved him. Can’t say enough good things!

Walter and his team were outstanding! We had a 10’x12’ hot tub slab installed and it came out perfect. They showed up early and Walter explained the complete process before he started and there were no surprises. When the project was completed, his team cleaned up after themselves and his quote was the actual price he charged me. I highly recommend W. Santos for any concrete project and hope to use him for future projects.
