Excellent! Patio looks great. Scheduled dates were met. Leo has a hard- working crew.

He was very nice and friendly, but the price was too high for the job. They are all very friendly, but he did not bring some tools, and I do not agree with what I pay for what I get.

The team did an excellent job and were very efficient. We were able to expedite the date of our work which was an added bonus! We had a parking pad installed with crushed rock, stone dust finish, along with underlying dry well system for our nearby gutters. The team is extremely hard working and despite pouring rain finished the entire job in less than a day. We will be looking to hire again.

The hardest working group of guys I have ever met in my life and I have done multiple projects in my house using different contractors. This is the best company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Highly professional and they showed up at 6:30 am and stayed until 7 PM. My patio is a stunner. It came out simply gorgeous and was done so quickly and efficiently. All I can say is WOW! My neighbors are all coming over and complementing me on this beautiful patio. I recently hired Leo’s team (M&L) for a comprehensive landscaping project at my home, which included replacing three walkways with new stone material and improving the garden bed. We had an area of our lawn that despite care and irrigation would not reliably and uniformly grow grass. We hired M&L Landscaping to take out whatever was left of the old lawn and replace it with new sod. They did the work last fall and now with the spring this year it looks OUTSTANDING and is growing fast. The M&L team did a great job and we are very happy with both the results and their commitment to us in the future. A first class job done by highly knowledgeable professionals. We will contract with them again in the future for other landscaping projects.

Leo and his team completed their second job I hired them to do at our home. The first job was last fall. They regraded an acre in the backyard for proper runoff and repaired a 2 year old paver patio that was not done properly the first time. Always on time, good communication, and above all, a job done right. I invited them back this spring to grade the front of the property and customize the drainage that flows under the driveway. Another job done right and on time. They work hard and are worth every penny.

These guys did a great job! so thorough, so polite, just everything everything worked out great and they just really helped me out and I was in a bad way with my leaves. Thank you so much!

We are very pleased with Leo and his team. They replaced our old concrete walkway with a beautiful stone and brick walkway. They were so professional, talented and turn around time between the free quote and the project being done was about a month. Highly recommended

M & L Pro did a great job transforming our small condo association’s landscaping and fencing and did it all in only two days. We had an old, broken wood fence, ancient mailboxes and terribly overgrown plantings along the street, and Leo and his team took all that away and replaced it with a nice, white pvc fence and put down beautiful river stone instead of mulch. It looks like a totally different place. Their pricing was fair, there was good communication and they all worked very hard to get the job done right. We would hire them again in a minute and would recommend them highly.

M&L Landscaping Construction is a responsive company with a wide range of skills. Their work is great and the workers are polite and hard working. They are honest about their schedule (typically short wait times) and the prices are very good. We were pleased with the quality of all the projects they did and would hire them again.

Leo was recommended to me in my search to replace a large 70 ft x 6 ft retaining wall and fence, which surround a swimming pool. He was the most reasonably priced bid, and once we got the permit approved, which required engineering plans, it took one week to demolish the old wall and put up a beautiful Ideal Block wall. Since the patio was half torn up due to the demolition, he asked if I wanted to redo the patio. It was more money than I planned, and he allowed me to pay over specified time frame. He added a small retaining wall 3 ft x 7 ft and did a walkway from the gate to the driveway matching the patio perfectly. He completed all the work in three weeks, passed inspection and we have a beautiful oasis.

Leo and his crew were just wonderful to work with. I have never seen men work so hard and accomplish so much in just 2 days of work. This was the second time I hired Leo and this job was much bigger. They spring cleaned my yard, mulched the flower beds that encircle the yard, layer down a people and slate walkway between my driveway, backyard & my shed. They also water pressure treated the rock wall that goes down both sides of my driveway. The blew off the moss, dirt & many years of crud. Then they grouted the walls and they look brand new!. They also landscaped my front walkways so that both sides are balanced. Leo, is just great to work with & I recommend him without reservation!9

Leo and his crew did a great job. They arrived early every morning and worked throughout the day. They cleaned up the worksite when done. Our yard looks awesome, compared to what was there before the job! I would recommend M&L Landscaping!

Communications about job and timing were very good. Work proceeded as scheduled. Unforseen additional work was completed without hesitation. Workmen were pleasant on time and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the results. Leo is a class act.

Awesome! Leo and his crew were great. They were always there when they said they would be (7:00 am till 7:00 pm every days) and always easy to reach when I had a question. I would recommend them to anyone. Place looks awesome and we are very pleased. They never missed a day either so he job went very quick.

I hired him for a total new lawn with scraping of old grasses and soil to be replaced by new topsoil and grass seeds the grass never grew despite repeated watering just weeds grew he used a low grade seed that didn’t grow and I’m not too sure of the quality of the topsoil even though he mused plenty it looked dry too me and I questioned him on it he assured me it was fine,but he would not guarantee his lawn work, now I know why .the fence work he shorted me two panels then what we agreed upon , we were supposed to recite o L shapes of fences on both sides of the house but did not also two of the post are held up with rocks and cement not just cement, and the mulch was also short from the agreed upon amount he left areas bare that should of had mulch, I did not hire him for pathways or patio work but he assured me he was capable of being able to handle landscaping, I was wrong

I must say I am extremely glad I selected M&L Landscaping- they are amazing!. Leo and his team are true hard-workers - the job was to be completed in 2-3 weeks and literally everything was done in a week. I am not one to write reviews, but seriously had to write one for this company they truly deserve to be recognized as they take their work seriously and go above and beyond. I look forward to working with them again. I highly recommend. 5+ stars for sure

M & L did an excellent job!!! Leo advised me on what pavers would work best before we started, and I am very happy with what we chose. M&L arrived as promised, and came everyday (12+ hour days) until the job was finished. They picked up and left the site clean. Their attention to detail and meticulous work can not be overstated; they blended the new patio with an existing small patio seamlessly. They communicated the options we had and made sure I was happy with every aspect of the work.

When I called Leo, he came out to see my yard immediately. We scheduled a date and he stood by it. Him and his crew are nice, professional, reliable and fast. They were done with my yard ( but a big yard) in 3 days. We had a budget and we talked to Leo about what we wanted and worked with us. New Pavers and concrete patio could be expensive, he gave ours an overlay and it looks great. The new fence looks great , and our crab apple trees is gone. They went above and beyond . I still call Leo to take a look at my grass because I am new to caring for newly layered sod grass , and he still calls me back and came out to look at my grass. Even after the job is done he is still dedicated and cares about his clients. Thank you Leo and your crew!
