We are a solar company operating in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine. We are company that formed in 2022, but have been in the solar industry installing and servicing systems since 2008. We are here to fill the need in servicing solar systems that no longer have solar servicing providers along with providing new customers with new installs. "Matt was very helpful from the beginning. We had extensive damage from squirrels being under the panels. They chewed up all the wires and ruined all the optimizers. We're lucky there wasn't a fire and I wasn't sure we could afford to fix the panels! Matt helped identify the work that needed to be done and also was helpful in helping me identify that the roof should be replaced while the panels were down. He was super patient as we got various estimates on the roof and then had it done. After giving me an estimate for the whole job he fulfilled my requests for itemizing the estimate and was great at explaining each item. He did the job for the exact number on the estimate. He and his partner fulfilled everything on the estimate and over-performed by recutting some the brackets to make them exactly even that our original installer Boston Solar did not do when they were installed 10 years ago. I called Boston Solar this January when we realized the damage the squirrels had done and they gave me an estimate for the work. Boston Solar gave me an estimate for just taking the panels down, doing a diagnosis and reinstalling them. This did not include the repairs and parts which are the expensive part! I'm so glad I got a second opinion! For the same price Green Sun Energy took the panels down, diagnosed the problem, fixed all the panels by replacing all the optimizers, MC4 connectors, wires, flashing kits, reinstalled the panels AND added a Critter Guard. Matt and Green Sun are definitely experts in the field. THEY ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! THANK YOU MATT!"

"If you need a repair or want to have your panels removed for a roofing project, expect to be calling multiple times a day just to get someone to show up. The lack of communication was matched only by the bad-faith representations. When I needed my solar panels removed for a roofing project, trying to get them to commit to a date for the removal and reinstallation turned a 1 week project into a slog lasting 2 months just because they could not commit to a date without me calling incessantly to ask when they were showing up to finish their work. I was hoping this was was not representative of their company culture and business ethic and gave them another chance when I experienced a failure with my inverter. After reporting a problem with my array I was told repeatedly that they would have someone out there quote, this week, to look at it for weeks. Then they finally told me they already had the replacement part on hand, told me it would be fixed that Thursday and then ghosted me for a few more weeks telling me they needed to RMA the part. When the new part was finally installed, it was not configured to adequately serve my system and my battery backup was suddenly useless. Instead of showing any interest in correcting the issue, they just blamed the batteries, shifted the responsibility for fixing their mistake back to me and disappeared. These folks were pleasant to talk to and laid on the apologies, but the action to make things right did not follow. I cannot recommend them unless you want to waste your time hounding someone just to get a response."
