"Hired them to repair leaking chimney. They installed $4500 liner that their employee, Patrick, said would stop leak. It didn't. We won a $4500 (plus costs) small claims judgement in CT which they have not acknowledged. They are located in Patchogue, NY, and service Connecticut also. Stay away from this company!"

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "Could not have been a worse experience. Hired to replace door hardware (knobs and hinges). Simple job for anyone. I was told by owner that "they'll make everything perfect ". Expected a few hours...it took two guys four hours by which time I just wanted them out. Checked things as they were working and pointed out multiple problems along the way. English communication was clearly not working. They did not know how to adjust doors by bending hinges (the correct way) and instead pounded on the door jams and sunk visible three-inch screws into one to adjust it. The front door was the worst and needed the doorknob hole enlarged by 1/8 inch. The solution was to use a Sawzall on both the knob and deadbolt holes - I wish I could attach photos here!! Ruined the door. It can never have a standard round knob again because of the hack job. Told owner, scheduled appointment. He didn't show and didn’t respond to texts. Small Claims Court is next to replace the front door. Don’t hire!"
