"This is in regards to On Call Charlie. On august 17, 2023 he came to my condo to replace bi fold closet doors and install closet hanging system. He was hired for 2 tasks and only able to complete, as the closet door was incorrect size. He advised me to contact him when I obtained the right size door, which I did multiple times by email, text and voice mail with NO response. So Charlie got paid for 2 tasks and only completed 1. The second person they scheduled to finish the task did not speak English nor did he comprehend the task! The third man, Marcus was great. Your costumer service needs a lot of improvement Excessively long hold times, hard to understand and just kept passing me on to Another person. I asked for a manager and I guess thatâ  s not allowed by your company. Despicable! I have notified the Better Business Bureau. Isnâ  t this similar practices that required you to pay over a seven million dollar fine. I will never use your company and encourage everyone I know not to! Just terrible! You should be ashamed as a company treating customers the way you do!"

Residential and Commercial cleanings available on a one time, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly bases. I am honest, trustworthy and I don't cut corners. I have been in the cleaning industry for over 10 years. Doing every type of cleaning out there. I have recently opened my own small cleaning company, Lacy's Best Cleaning llc. Offering competitive rates, timely services, and guaranteed satisfaction!

"I would not recommend doing business with this company. Would give 0 stars if it was possible for failing to show up to sched. appts. and for the non commination about WHEN they will be back to clean after missing sched. appts. We are a business in the Lakes Region of NH and we hired Lacy and her team in Dec of 2021 to clean our office. At first, Lacy was very accommodating and their first clean of the office was INCREDIBLE!!! And, no complaints... until now. Lacy was supposed to come to clean twice in July, they never came. We called, left messages, we emailed - no response. ALSO, her auto calendar or whatever Lacy uses, automatically sent us NUMEROUS appt reminder emails for dates in July. So we would reply to those emails and say to her "hey you didn't come last night like the appt reminder you sent us a few days ago says you would!?" or "hey ty for this reminder - you didn't make it last week like you said you would... so just confirming, you will be here tomorrow night like your appt reminder just said you would!?". NO REPLY, not one, and lacy or her team did not show up. Still hasn't. Don't bother, you will be searching for a new company in only a matter of month!! *Also, see others previous bad review for Lacy's as well - untrustworthy is not a desired quality."

"I would give zero stars if I could. This company is absolutely terrible. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A SMALL MOVE, DO NOT BOOK HERE! I had a small move (approx. a studio apartment’s worth) from PA to OH and booked my move over a month ahead of time. I was told that since I had a small move, my stuff would have to go on a truck with a larger shipment - understandable. They gave me the “standard” 3-week delivery window, but I was told by Luke that they would “work with me on dates” and that they would have “no problem getting it there within a week”, most likely 1-3 days. Those were complete lies. I also tried to be as flexible as possible and gave them multiple options for days for pickup. As the weeks went by and it got closer to my moving date, I periodically asked for updates on dates. I got no answers. One week away from when I was supposed to move, I still didn’t have any idea when my stuff would be picked up or delivered. All Luke would tell me was “no update yet”. At this point, I had to scramble last-minute to book a different company. LESS THAN ONE WEEK before my move, I cancelled with Allied and only AFTER CANCELING did they FINALLY give me POTENTIAL dates. Terrible communication and customer service. Book somewhere else!"
