Coast Closets

This is in regards to On Call Charlie. On august 17, 2023 he came to my condo to replace bi fold closet doors and install closet hanging system. He was hired for 2 tasks and only able to complete, as the closet door was incorrect size. He advised me to contact him when I obtained the right size door, which I did multiple times by email, text and voice mail with NO response. So Charlie got paid for 2 tasks and only completed 1. The second person they scheduled to finish the task did not speak English nor did he comprehend the task! The third man, Marcus was great. Your costumer service needs a lot of improvement Excessively long hold times, hard to understand and just kept passing me on to Another person. I asked for a manager and I guess thatâ  s not allowed by your company. Despicable! I have notified the Better Business Bureau. Isnâ  t this similar practices that required you to pay over a seven million dollar fine. I will never use your company and encourage everyone I know not to! Just terrible! You should be ashamed as a company treating customers the way you do!

Great customer service answered emails very quickly. Came back to fix an issue with the install. Overall quality of the cabinets was slightly less than expected.

Terrific communication with the planning process. Quick turn around time. Beautifully made and solid quality materials. Professional team all around. We would highly recommend.

Good, prompt communication through the process

When I first called I had no idea what I wanted. They worked with me to design some cabinets and some slatwall in my garage. It came out fantastic and I was very happy with the overall project. They got back to me almost immediately every single time I reach out to them. This company is very professional and their goal at the end of the project is to make sure everything is perfect. I am thankful they cared so much about the finished product. Thank you to everyone here you do an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company!

The folks at Coastal Closet were professional, got back to us right away, and the installation was fabulous. They gave us an install date that was quicker than the other companies and even a little less expensive. We love the result!! Highly recommended!

The service is outstanding from Coast Closets. The two gentlemen came in and within 1 .5 hours the closet was in and it looks great. Very sturdy. I will probably have another installed next year.
