Our original appointment had to be rescheduled to the next day which I'm sure isn't a normal practice for them and we were more than accommodating. Sometimes scheduling just don't work out as perfectly as you try to make it! The guys that came by put the mount up in like 10 minutes when we struggled with one nail for 20 minutes, lol. "It was easy to schedule a consultation/estimate and they came out within days. Person doing estimate was not just a salesman. They were able to determine what was needed to resolve issues, did measurements, costing, time estimates, scheduling, etc. It was not the pushy sales pitch with finding a million things wrong that I expected. Very efficient process and I knew within hours what my options were and how quickly it could be fixed. They were able to schedule and complete repair within 2 weeks, would have been sooner but I had scheduling conflicts. Kept me informed all along the way with scheduling and work progress. Every employee I had contact with was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable in their role. Cleaned up all of their tools, trash, and work area after repair. Checked in with me multiple times to make sure I understood process of the repair and that I was happy afterwards. Hopefully will not need these services in the future, but if I do they'd be the first I'd call."
