It was easy to schedule a consultation/estimate and they came out within days. Person doing estimate was not just a salesman. They were able to determine what was needed to resolve issues, did measurements, costing, time estimates, scheduling, etc. It was not the pushy sales pitch with finding a million things wrong that I expected. Very efficient process and I knew within hours what my options were and how quickly it could be fixed. They were able to schedule and complete repair within 2 weeks, would have been sooner but I had scheduling conflicts. Kept me informed all along the way with scheduling and work progress. Every employee I had contact with was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable in their role. Cleaned up all of their tools, trash, and work area after repair. Checked in with me multiple times to make sure I understood process of the repair and that I was happy afterwards. Hopefully will not need these services in the future, but if I do they'd be the first I'd call.

This company is unethical and not to be trusted. I was at least misled or possibly lied to about a time period of 4 to 6 weeks for an encapsulation job to be done. I put down a deposit to get on their waitlist while I tried to get funds from family to get my sisters crawlspace done thinking I could cancel if I was not successful. She is on disability and could not afford to pay for the work. In a few days my sister got a call and was told the work would be done the next week. I was definitely tricked into signing a contract when instead of 4-6 weeks there was a very short time in which to acquire the money. I cancelled as soon as I realized what was happening and that funds were not available. Unfortunately, by then it was 2 days prior to the work instead of the required 3 per the contract. Under the circumstances I do not feel that the contract is valid and I should not be held to the three day time limit for cancellation and the full deposit should be refunded! They have refused to refund the full amount and I am out $914.00. This is Money that could be used to help my sister with her limited finances to buy food and pay for heat this winter. So a wealthy company has taken advantage of a person on disability and a situation which they created to keep money that is not theirs. Unethical to say the least!

Great! Sales/inspector (Patrick Valente) came, explained, negotiated AND literally did everything as contracted. No abandonment, no hidden fees added and no payment badgering when it unavoidably took longer than expected. They even helped expedite getting electrician. The system brought home humidity down from 58-60% to normal range 38-40% shown on my dehumidifier which I stopped using. This Spring it proved it's worth because I've not seen any giant water bugs that creepy in late night and/or stayed when it rained.

Excellent, work was paid for by the seller and done quickly and professionally before I moved into the house.

Did not fix the issue, basement still floods after three or four revisits to correct the issue. Asked for refund but all I got was run around.
