The contractor who is remodeling our master bathroom uses Glass Doctor of Raleigh to measure, make and install the glass walls and door for the shower. I can see why he uses them. There measurements were spot on, they reviewed the various glass options, hardware choices and installation options. The glass was expertly cut and the installation was impressive. The fit between the glass panels is solid. The door operates effortlessly. And the fit between the door and glass panel is so close, it is hard to see the seam, which is a good thing. Many thanks to Arturo and Jeremy for the exceptional installation.

excellent and timely work at the best price

I recently made a new friend at the animal shelter, "Goose." Goose is a busy cat that needs the ability to move to the outside at a moments notice. Then back inside…then back outside…then…you get the point. I needed a side hatch for my friend so I called Glass Doctor. They came out to view the situation and provide recommendations. Since the door had tempered glass, initially they recommended that I added plexiglass to the bottom portion. An extremely helpful gentleman (Matt) came out to assess the door further and get measurements. After reviewing the door, he suggestion we get the tempered glass molded around the cat door. Fast forward. Today the wife and I can sleep in, while Goose gallivants the evening away!

We had never done this before and went to multiple places. We were impressed right away with Anthony who showed us all of our options and walked us step by step through the process. We were able to get an estimator out within a couple of days. After we accepted the estimate, the glass was ordered and within 2 weeks the installers were at our house. Jeremy and Andy were at our house right on time, were very professional, and had it installed in under 3 hours. Fantastic experience...I'd recommend them to anyone.

problems with wiper sensor. they bent over backward to get it to work. very accommodating in many respects. gave a variety of cost options even when it did not benefit them. and recommended a course of action that financially did not benefit them but saved us money. outstanding

Arturo and Neil were very polite and professional. Arturo called 20 minutes before they arrived to let me know what time they were coming. They were sure to inform us how long to wait until we could use the shower and how to remove the tape which holds the seal together as it dries. The shower enclosure is a well manufactured and high quality installtion It's a great addition to our bathroom remodel

I picked up the window and installed it in my window frame. I have done two other windows (in my 4 seasons room) so I know how this is done. The fit was tight but they had the original window to use as a pattern. AFter the window was installed, I got a crack in the upper corner, likely because the window was too tight (made incorrectly). I called and asked if there was anything they would do to stand by thier work. I was told they do not warranty against cracking, just if the seal breaks. Of course, since the window was cracked, the seasl is now broken. There was no attempt to offer to meet me in the middle...I am just out of luck.

I used these folks in the past. They are courteous, efficient and do excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Today, Glass Doctor of Raleigh made an excellent repair of a star crack in my windshield (slightly larger than a quarter). The front office staff were friendly, and a technician named Evan performed the repair, which was quick and appears to be perfect. I highly recommend Glass Doctor of Raleigh!

Went very well. Glass Doctor was very efficient, professional and meticulous.

I made an appointment over the phone to fix a window glass. The lady told me over the phone that the technician will call in the morning on the appointment day. However nobody called or show up on that day. So I made a follow up call to the company. The custom service person said "We are very busy and would not be able to come to your house until next week". I asked why nobody called and informed me. The custom service person said " I told you that we may not be able to come when you made the appointment" which is a lie. I asked the person to send the phone record to approve but never received it. After that, there is no follow up call from either the custom service or the technician with my outstanding service request.

Because of the honesty, integrity, promptness and professionalism of Glass Doctor of Raleigh, I will definitely be calling them for any future glass or shower door needs that I have. Thank you, Eric, for your graciousness and attention. Im quite impressed! Cheryl Cushine

Truly outstanding company. I am a perfectionist and often camplain about most companies. From the time I scheduled an estimate to completion of the job, I was never disappointed. They work hard to meet customer needs and work to meet your schedule. They performed the prep work during the Christmas and New year holidays and still met the timeline. I am very busy and travel a lot so they came out to install on a Saturday. The scheduler (Eric) is outstanding and maintains contact with you during the entire process. He is extremely customer friendly. Arturo Garcia and Adrian Valencia were the installers. Let me tell you, if you get a shower installed I highly recommend you request them. I would hire them both tomorrow. IF you want outstanding service and quality work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

I met with the owner, Wayne, in my home and he measured my furniture. He suggested penciled edge and non-tempered glass since the glass is flat on the tables. I love the glass, they are perfect and look wonderful on my tables. I had problems with the receptionist, however, who gave me wrong information over the phone on the pricing and product. She told me to go with the tempered with the sanded edge and said it would be $400. After paying the non-refundable $30 measuring fee which is put towards your job if you go with them, the receptionist told me that she made a mistake in the math and it would be $900 instead of $400, which she originally told me for tempered & sanded. Thankfully Wayne told me that penciled & non-tempered would be best for us and I went with that. Thank you for saving the day Wayne. I am happy with their products. Margie & Chris

The service and materials provided by Glass Doctor were exactly as expected. They followed a basic rule - measure twice and cut once - and the panels fit perfectly. They came out twice to measure to ensure the measurements were right. I didn't think the panels could be replaced and that I would have to order a whole new door unit. But they did it. And, the result was an A.1 job. The price was as quoted and in my opinion reasonable. The next time glass work is needed, I'm calling these guys.
