Service performed while I was at work, so did not observe while work was performed. However, when I returned home after work the house nearly sparkled, it was so clean. They were able to remove the green gunk on the north side of the house and there are no traces left at all. I will definitely use this company in the future for power washing.

They did a beautiful job on my green and slippery brick steps - they look like new! An equally good job on the grimy front walk and driveway - I never imagined that they would clean up so well. The siding and especially the intricate white porch railings with lots of blackened nooks and crannies look clean and bright. A "first class" job indeed!

The provider to cancel the first time due to weather, but he gave me plenty of time and, in fact, it did rain. They scheduled within two days, showed up right on time. It was a thorough job but one quickly and efficiently! Great work, I'll definitely use them again!

The owner responded promptly to my purchase and we arranged a time I could be at home. Previous power washing experiences have not gone well with water leaking into the house around doors and windows. He arrived on time with his crew and walked me around the house explaining what the process was. All the windows and doors were taped and the whole process took less than an hour. My house looks great. The trim and gutters look fantastic ! I was very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend them to my neighbors and would use them again

Chad was very pleasant and professional. He returned calls promptly and scheduled work quickly. He called to ask if he could come an hour earlier than his appointment, which I appreciated rather than just showing up early. He was efficient. My house looks very good. Showed up on time and completed the service in a timely manner. The bleach smell was very strong, I had not smelled that so much from previous vendors I have used for this service. Two days later, we can still smell bleach around the windows. It also looks like the bleach was too strong from the whitewash effect it left behind in places of the home's exterior. The guy doing the work was courteous and stayed focused on getting the job done. They seem to be thorough. My only complaint is that the solution was too strong and may have mildly damaged some of the exterior.

Chad was prompt in responding to my inquiry and sent an estimate within a day. Once we decided on a day, the team showed up early (which they did contact me of their schedule changes) and did a fine job.

I purchased an Angie's deal for the service, and the owner of First Class Clean contacted me promptly to schedule. At the agreed upon date and time, 2 men arrived and got to work. They spent the time to put tape around the doors and windows to prevent water from getting inside and placed plastic bags over the light fixtures so they would not get damaged. I'd never seen anyone bother to do that, so I was impressed. They did a nice job of cleaning the house and cleaned up thoroughly. I will use the company again and recommend them to others.

Both Chad and Jason (co-owners) were terrific to work with on this project. Chad promptly scheduled a visit to prepare an estimate and we felt the price was fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. Jason and one other employee arrived the day of the job to complete the work. The quality of the work was outstanding. They were careful to ensure appropriate items (lamps, flower boxes, etc) were protected/covered and they did an extremely thorough job with each task. The didn't rush through the job and, quite the contrary, were thorough with each step ensuring top quality cleaning. In the end, every bit of mildew or dirt was removed, the driveway looked close to new, and the windows were sparkling. I will definitely call First Class Clean for our next exterior cleaning project and highly recommend them!

Chad and his guys are great. They respond very quickly to e-mails or calls and are pleasant and professional to deal with. They did a great job on the gutters, windows and screens. Our windows look the best they ever have and since I love to have the windows open as much as possible, I'm so happy to have sparkling clean screens too! I will definitely be using them again for these services!

We actually did not use this provider because of scheduling difficulties on our end. My husband and I had extremely busy schedules; and, we couldn't find a date where we would be home. The owners were very responsive and professional during the process of talking. In the end, we decided not to use this service; and, ask for our money to be returned, which did happen. When my husband and my schedules slow down, we will re-contact them.
