We went over everything that was to be done and verified all the locations around the house. Edwin and Taylor the other team members got to work right away. Jonathan took beginning, unprocessed and completed photos and videos. The team cleaned up the worksite beautifully. While Taylor and Edwin finished loading the truck I went over the job and viewed the photos and videos Jonathan had taken. "I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."
