CC'S DESIGNER CONCRETE

Chris and his laborers were very professional. They were on time or early for the work being performed. The patio design required several days of work. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. When rain derailed the final day of work, Chris reported the following day to make sure the work was finished to our satisfaction.

Chris was on time, curious, told us the process it would take to pour the concrete and how it his crew would stamp for the design, plus the cost was reasonable.

I have had some experience with them in the past, it's been a long time though, I think it's been 10 years.

Chris and team did an excellent job! Communicated well around weather delays. Very knowledgeable about the best solution. Even called next day to follow up. Outstanding professional.

Wonderfully! Chris and his crew was very helpful, even allowing me to purchase the needed materials from his account at Sherwin Williams, which included his discount. He kindly offered to put a clear coat on my flagstone at the front door of my home with no additional cost. He wanted everything to be exactly what I expected and called several times to make sure everything was on target and that things were curing up as they should. Arrived promptly both days and stayed until all was accomplished to my liking. Also, offered to return if there were any problems. Great experience!

Chris runs a top notch company! We've used him for several jobs at our home and have referred him to MANY friends (about 8 in total). Chris showed up on time for our initial meeting, but more important, once I awarded him the job, he showed up when he said would and completed the job on time. From start to finish, this was a good experience. It is so nice to deal with a contractor who will return calls, show up on time, be knowledgeable, listen to your wants/desires and get the job done. Chris Did a fantastic job as promised and on time. He cleaned up i am 100% satisfied with the service and quality of work. He did the work in 2 visits. He showed up at 0600 in the am and worked until he had completed the daily job. He and his wife and Cory and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job. I plan on having them out to pour another 20'x28' driveway extension.

I found Chris & Belinda on Angie's list. I made about 5 calls to several companies/contractors. Out of that many, they were the only ones who actually came out to review my project and the only one to give me a written quote. The others just threw out numbers over the phone. The quote and explanation of the job to be done was very detailed. They provided their bonding insurance information and an expansive testimonial contact list. They were at the high end of the quotes, however, I was convinced that they would do the best job. Leading up to the job they communicated well. Every call was returned to me and they also proactively kept me up to date on their schedule. They were punctual on arriving and their crew worked hard and were professional. We had a hiccup challenge during the job, however, we worked together to resolve it. I was very impressed with their attention to detail in finishing the job and cleanup. Great couple and company. I would use again and highly recommend. I enjoyed getting to know them. Thank you.

I ended up going a different direction to save some money but Chris was incredible to deal with. His price was great and it is very obvious he has been in the business for a long time. All of the references I contacted spoke highly of their experience with him and the end results. They all mentioned how professional he and his crew are and they would use him again. I will certainly use him once I find my next home. I opted to go a cheaper route with simply using sod vs new concrete since I am planning on selling this home - otherwise I would have used this company.

I called and left a message. They called back and left a message for me. Said they would call back the next morning. Never did.

Chris and his team were excellent from the start. He was on-time for the estimate and walked me through his thoughts and listened to all of mine. Provided me with a quote on the spot. We decided to book with him because I valued his years of experience, his demeanor, and overall, the way he handled himself. When it came time to book, he was flexible and worked with us and our timetable. The day of the job, he and his team came and were very professional. If anything was unclear, they asked a question but they didn't need hand holding. If I had a question, they explained it. The end product is currently drying but looks GREAT! I would recommend CC's Designer and Concrete.

We had an asphalt driveway. So they took out the old driveway and put the new one in. They did a good job. They were really nice gentlemen. We got several estimates. They were the best priced too. They did a great job. They responded right away too. They came in and did it within just a couple of days. All the way around they did a really good job. They cleaned up everything.

Service and professionalism were fantastic. The patio looks great. We couldnt be happier. Would definitely recommend!

Wow. Very impressive. Chris and Belinda were great people to work with. Excellent job. The stamped concrete patio is beautiful. I checked references and looked at work they had completed. . Everyone I talked to was very happy with the results. No complaints at all. Chris called me a week after the job was complete and said I should cover my fire pit as heavy rain was forecast. He said if I ever have a problem to call and he would be here as fast as he can. If you want a driveway or a beautiful stamped patio , do your self a favor and call Chris.

We were MOST happy with the work performed. The walkway looks AMAZING, and is exactly what I had in mind. Chris and Belinda were so careful to create what I wanted. We could not be more pleased with their workmanship, their promptness, their attention to detail, etc. EXCELLENT JOB!!! Our neighbors keep telling us how much they like it.

Chris Coffey was competitively priced, his responsiveness and attention details was spectacular. We had a challenging job, as several trades were competing for the same space at times. He was flexible in working around schedules and punctual once set. He made sure my wife and I understood every step of the process, what was coming next and what options were available. It seemed he pointed out every detail, even those with the potential for more work for his crew and no additional cost to me. I cannot say enough good things about them. He's a true professional - we will be recommending them to everyone and using them for any future concrete work.

I called CC about having a new patio poured around my existing patio. He gave me a quote of about $1520 over the phone and came by the next day to look at the property. After his measurements he came up with a little more square footage and just rounded up to $1600 for 354 square feet. The next Monday he and his team showed up by 5:45 am, ahead of schedule, and began work. Everyone was extremely professional, the work performed was great and receipts of work done including concrete were all provided when done. They were done by 1:30 pm that day. I am now using the same guy who helped grade the land for the concrete to clear trees and shrubs and grade my yard. The experience couldn't have been better!

The job was actually completed 2 years ago and we're now to the 2nd season cycle for the concrete, so I can surely say the job was done very well.. Everything: from appointment schedule, to worksite discipline and quality of work was complteted in professional manner. This contactor is for sure the best one I ever used in Charlotte area: punctual, reliable and customer-centric. I can highly recommend this company.

Chris, Belinda and their crew were very professional, and very nice to work with. They called on me to check each phase of the project. They worked very hard to fix a problem that my husband and I thought was unfixable! They also did a FANTASTIC job of cleaning up their mess...there was not a trace of concrete, dust, etc. when they left. I would DEFINITELY use them in the future

Mr Coffey was punctual when asked for a quote. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone and came to my house to measure and give a more accurate quote. Once we agreed on a price. His crew was able to do the job within a couple of days, weather was tricky to work around. His crew arrived early in morning to level the drive and put up the framing. The next morning, they arrived early again and had the trucks lined up. When they left at 3pm, they left zero mess and I was completely happy with the job they performed. Throughout the time they were here, they were very courteous and worked very hard ( I didn't see them take any breaks). I will call these folks for any future concrete work that will be done here. It was hard to find someone to come out when they said they would. Mr Coffey both called and worked when he said he would.
