The contractor/ owner of the company did not communicate with the subcontractors nor did he inspect their work. Subcontractors didnt report to work or communicate with us when they were not coming. My mother-in-law stayed with us for an entire two weeks to be home while the work was to be done. Days went by and no one showed up but the contractor said he was out of town as an excuse not to communicate with subcontractors or owners. They damaged our hardwood floors and they had to be replaced knowing that the newly installed floors would not match the remaining floor throughout the house. New floors installed and there is glue all over the floors in multiple areas. Poor work, no communication and the owner of the contracting business has a nonchalant attitude. I believe he thinks everything is OK, knowing that he has already collected the money from our insurance agency. NOT! "

However some of the work completed was unnecessary and really expensive. I asked ahead of time to be provided with an estimate and they didn't comply. My basement includes a living room, and 1 bedroom. The water damage was located in one area yet they removed ALL doors, 10 to be exact, 2 feet of drywall, baseboards, carpet, and a porcelain sink! The doors didn't withstand water damage yet they were removed. When I asked the technician about the door and sink removal his response was, "the insurance will pay for the replacement." They charged my insurance 16,000 dollars! Please don't go with this company unless they provide you with a quote before they start the work. "
