COMPULSIVE CLEANERS

I hired this service to clean my daughter's house. They were able to do the cleaning during the week when it was needed. Sandi was very helpful. On the day of the service, Mindy had car trouble. Sandi communicated with me up until she knew when Mindy would come to do the cleaning. It was just 3 hours later. Mindy came at the promised time and did a very good job cleaning. Sandi was quite receptive to some very minor constructive criticism (smudges on a mirror and bathroom rugs not put back on floor). I would not have even mentioned the issues except I think we will certainly use them again.

So far, we have been very happy with them. They are fairly punctual. They have been to every scheduled cleaning. The first cleaning they came out and brought two people to do a thorough cleaning. They came out on New Year's Day to clean for us.

Poorly, see above...should not be offering services they cannot provide in a timely and flexible manner.

Sandi was a pleasure to work with and Michelle was great. She worked from start to finish and it took one hour less than was estimated. And I do not know how she got some of the stains out in our kitchen! The price was $35/hour, but we were able to use the Angie's List coupon. If we ever started needing regular cleaning, we would definitely use this company.

They come out every other week. I am very pleased with them. They have been coming for the past 8 years.

The owner of Compulsive Cleaners, Sandi, was actually out of town when I emailed my request for cleaning services in, and a member of her staff promptly replied to let me know that Sandi would be back in a couple days and would give me a call. Sandi called on the day her staff member committed, and took all the necessary information to provide a quotation, even asking if there were other items I'd like to include in the work that weren't listed on her company web site. Based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's List, we enlisted Compulsive Cleaners to clean our home in preparation for it being featured on our neighborhood tour of homes. Sandi worked to arrange the cleaning date as close to the home show as possible, and her staff did a fantastic job! They did a thorough spring cleaning, including cleaning the interior windows, and all I had to do before the show was a quick vacuum of the floors and a touch-up in the bathrooms. The house looked wonderful! We will definitely use Sandi and her team again!

Couldn't be better. Supposed to have been two cleaners, one called out sick, no matter, the other arrived right on time (8:30am), remained until 2pm, worked the entire time, cleaned beautifully; professional, courteous, efficient, and GOOD.

She comes every 2 weeks. I provide the cleaning supplies. When I first hired her, she told me what to get. She also uses my own mops. She has a key to my house.

They clean everything from top to bottom. I like that they do what I want them to do. There is one lady and she is excellent. She is professional. She is usually on time but if she s a little late she always calls. I am very pleased.

We like them because they are professional and punctual. They are consistent. I don't have to worry about them not showing up, which is the problem we had with another company.

I've used Compulsive on and off over many years. As with any cleaning company, it can be hit or miss, depending on their hires. What I liked best was when I was unhappy with one person, Sandi was right on it and sent out someone else. She really listened to my complaints. Sandi has the best customer service!

They are very reliable. They do a good job. They have been responsive. They do a very good job keeping everything tidy and clean. They are very friendly and offer good services.

They are on time. They are very flexible about times they can come. I have some health problems so they found someone that can come in the afternoon. Their pricing is very reasonable and I am still using them. Some of the quality of the cleaning isn't very consistent.

Sandi responded very quickly to my request and was very friendly. Unfortunately I was on a tight time frame (<1 week turnaround) and her folks didn't have availability during this window.

Compulsive Cleaners has always been very accommodating in regards to working around our schedule. There have been several times when I had to change or move my scheduled appointment, and Compulsive Cleaners always took care of it without any problems. The owner, Sandy, has wonderful customer service, and I have enjoyed working with her.

There wasn't a lot of flexibility in their scheduling. They would only give you about two options to choose from. I would be reluctant to hire this company again in the future.

I called Sandi about a week before Thanksgiving. I just found out I was going to get company for the holiday, and with a heavy work schedule and other commitments, I didn't know how I was going to get my house cleaned. I found Sandi, after a random search on your website, and called her. She was very obliging, and was able to fit me in the Saturday before Thanksgiving.

It was very thorough, everything was pristine clean. They came the day after I called them. 4 others wouldn't come out. They needed over a week.

Sandi is so pleasant to work with. She tries hard to understand your needs and schedule someone as soon as possible. She has several people working with her and some are better than others; she seems to be honest about this and tries to get the best person. We had some scheduling issues and some misunderstandings with the person she sent out on one job but, Sandi did her best to rectify the situation. On this particular job the person who cleaned was fabulous - courteous, professional and did a great job cleaning some grim bathrooms with lots of elbow grease.

Compulsive Cleaners always did a fantastic job. Professional and dependable. I always received a phone call if a different person would be cleaning my home as well as if the day needed to change. I never had to worry as to whether my home would be clean. Awesome experience and highly recommended.

I thought they were very courteous and seemed professional on the phone. They did a good job and I would use them again.

They did a good job overall, but there were a couple of things that I will ask them specifically to do the next time.

My regular cleaning lady has been sick for the last few months, so I hired CC to do a whole-house cleaning for me. The job was thorough and working with Sandy was a pleasure. Work was completed yesterday, so I have not yet received a bill, but the time estimate was good, so I'm sure it will closely match was Sandy and I discussed.
