It went well. Catie was prompt and did a nice job throughout. House smelled great!

A lady runs it out of her house and she’s got about five people working for her. They charge us $142.50 for one service. We’ve been in this house for 16 years and we've used them the whole time we've been here. They’re coming this Monday, they come every two weeks. Usually one girl comes, the same girl comes every time and she stays two and a half hours. I have built pretty good trust with them. They get the house extremely clean. They clean everything, they do a very good job. It’s just my wife and I, so we don't make too much of a mess. So, it doesn't take them long to do it. They do a nice job.

Donna our regular cleaner is very reliable and friendly. She does a good job making our home tidy.

Sandi is delightful to work with, her employees are prompt, courteous, and nice to work with. Any changes on either side to the schedule is easily accommodated.

Very responsive to reguests, thorough, polite, pays attention to detail.

J. comes in with all of her supplies and uses some of mine. She has a very efficient system to work thru my house. She pays attention to details and is very thorough. She's always punctual and trustworthy.

We were out of town - they let themselves in (via key code), did a great job cleaning the entire home, and locked everything up on the way out. In the past they have been fantastic about letting my dog in and out during house cleanings. They have always been on time, done a thorough job, and been willing to reschedule when I've had conflicts or needed a mid-cycle cleaning.

The work is consistent and well done. We have been working with them about two years now.

I contacted Compulsive Cleaners per Angie's List recommendation. They estimated a price based on my description of my home and soon scheduled a cleaner to come to my house and clean. The amount I paid was the same as the estimate. When I had to contact the office the owner, Sandi LeClair, couldn't have been more helpful. My housekeeper, Kim, was always on time, did a great job and was very friendly. Highly recommend.

My son was very pleased. They did a wonderful job. She was extremely professional, nice and did everything he asked. He asked that she place his medications back in the exact same spot because he is blind and needs to know exactly where things are. She did exactly that.

She was very thorough and hard-working. She missed a few spots, like the corners and behind the toilet; however, I would like them to come back again.

I use them every month. They are very accommodating in terms of the scheduling. They are very receptive to feedback. Their work is very good.

Sandi was very prompt in returning my call and worked with me to arrange a time. She sent Michelle out to do the job. Michelle was very prompt, professional, efficient and did a terrific job! I'm pretty picky and usually do my own cleaning. I've had my house 'cleaned' for me in the past and have been disappointed - wondered why I wasted the money. But not so with Michelle! I was very pleased with her work and would definitely have her back again. :-)

I have been using them every week. My house is 4200 square feet which is quite large. The price is good. They do dusting, moping, sanitizing and vacuuming. They do wiping down of the appliances and the counter tops. They also do sanitizing the bathroom and counter tops. I have wood flooring and carpets in my house that they clean. Their price is very great. They send one person to do the work who stays for two and a half hours. She is great. I have been using her for three months. I would rate them good for their invoicing, communication and consistency in cleaning. They have been great and very easy to work with. My schedule keeps changing and they are very accommodating.

I contacted Sandi to hire her company to clean our house every two weeks. I reviewed with Sandi what rooms I wanted to have cleaned, and I explained to her that I was very picky when it came to the cleaning of our home. Sandi assured me that her staff would be able to meet our needs. I purchased $35 worth of cleaning supplies from the list that Sandi provides for her staff to use. The first person to clean our house did an OK job (we've had better and we've had worse). The dining room wasn't touched at all and while the kitchen floor was cleaned, it was not to the standard that we've had in the past. I paid for the first cleaning and used a coupon that Sandi offered for first time cleanings. I talked with Sandi and told her that I wasn't thrilled with the first cleaning. She said that she would send another staff member out to clean our house the next time and would make sure that they were clear on which rooms to clean. She also said that she wouldn't charge us for the second cleaning since we weren't completely satisfied with the first cleaning. I agreed to have another staff member come out to clean two weeks later. After the second cleaning- I decided that the quality of Compulsive Cleaners wasn't up to the standard that we had been used to with our previous housecleaners, so I called Sandi and told her that I didn't think that it was going to work out. Sandi apologized profusely and asked if she could make it up to us by having one more person come out to clean. I wish that I had said no, but I agreed. Two weeks later another staff member came out to clean our house. The quality was again OK- not great, not bad. But, she did leave a large blue stain on my pale yellow Pottery Barn slip-covered sofa. I was furious! It certainly wasn't there when I left in the morning, but was there when I got home. I called Sandi immediately. She apologized, offered to have the sofa cleaned, etc. I told her that I would take care of having the sofa cleaned and that I didn't want anything to do with her or her company again. I told her to send me a bill and I would pay for the cleaning, but that was the end of our business dealings. Sandi was very very insistent that we would not have to pay for the cleaning. Over and over, she said that she was sorry, and that she wouldn't send us a bill for the cleaning. I wish I had stuck to my guns after the second cleaning. I was able to get the stain out of the sofa after several tries. Yesterday (11/17/10), I received a bill in the mail from Sandi for $85. I immediately called Sandi to get an explanation. As of this morning, she has not returned my phone call. I am absolutely furious with Sandi, and I wish that I had never contacted her to begin with. I want a letter from Sandi stating that we do not have a balance with her and that she will not contact us any more. Steer clear of Compulsive Cleaners, you will be sorry if you hire this company!!!

I was expecting someone from out of town and I was at work and did not have the time to get to it. They did a great job and if I needed someone on a regular basis, I would have used them. I needed a special one time cleaning and they did a good job. I felt that their price was fair for what work they did.

Great experience - Two of Sandi's employee's arrived at the designated time and after a quick tour of our home immediately began cleaning. My wife and I left for several hours and upon our return they were well on their way to being complete with the job. Very very good job, we had not had our home professionaly cleaned in over a year and while we are generally neat with a limited amount of cluttter, a home will certainly gather some dust if not deep cleaned over a period of time. We were very pleased and will continue to use Compulsive Cleaners on a go forward basis every 30 - 60 days.

These folks do a great job - from scheduling to cleaning to invoicing. I have had other housecleaners in the past and this is by far the easiest. The schedule is confirmed via email. I started with once a month to test the waters and now have them come out every other week. Kellie does a fantastic job and the house smells great when I come home. There is fresh sheets on the bed - the place looks immaculate. She invoices me via email and I pay through online banking - easy easy. She is very sweet as well and I have not one compliant...other than I wish she could come every day.

Great overall, very professional and the price is great. I love that I get the same person for each cleaning. I also appreciate being able to use cleaners of my choosing.
