"The work was excellent, however after the installation I discovered that I had been given very cheap product for the price I was ask to pay. I had solid and steady glass doors on the shower doors they remove. They replaced them with very cheap glass that bent like Plexiglass, I've never seen glass bend and also hung like curtains from the top only, no support on the bottom. When I told them I found the doors to be unacceptable for a senior I was told they would remove them, seal the holes and I could hang showers curtain but still pay for the shower doors they will remove. I was expecting an upgrade, instead I was given hanging glass doors for an outrageous amount. The shower makeover I ordered the salesman called it my dream shower, instead it has become a nightmare for me, I have not used this shower as I'm very afraid of using it as I may accidentally bump against the door and fall through it."

"The technician pulled a roller off the door; then told me all the rollers were bad. He wanted to replace them for $150. I asked him if he checked the other rollers; he said no. The door is very easy to raise & lower by hand so I told him no. I asked him if he would check & lubricate the chain. He said that would damage the unit. The owners manual recommends checking the chain tension & adjusting it if needed. He did not look at it at all. He did not perform a safety check either."

We called at 4:30 the next friday and the guy was on his "way home" and the car wasn't ready. He said he would go back and do the job. He called a few minutes later and said the car was ready and outside the locked fence. The window did not work and we could not lock the door."

We called at 4:30 the next friday and the guy was on his "way home" and the car wasn't ready. He said he would go back and do the job. He called a few minutes later and said the car was ready and outside the locked fence. The window did not work and we could not lock the door."
