"I contracted with Mount Valley Foundation to encapsulate my crawlspace. I worked with Trey to define the project work. He along Christian provided a competitive estimate and were available to answer my questions. The project included removal of all fiberglass insulation, fully encapsulating the space with top end vapor barriers, replacing the door, and installing a dehumidifier. The team worked for two days to complete all the work with the exception of wiring the dehumidifier which is being done by a third party. Cody led a team comprised of Cory, Zy, Billy and Lamont. They worked steadily and demonstrated they knew what they were doing. I was most impressed by their willingness to answer any questions. All of them were so polite. I would highly recommend Mountains Valley Foundation based in my experience. "

He along Christian provided a competitive estimate and were available to answer my questions. The project included removal of all fiberglass insulation, fully encapsulating the space with top end vapor barriers, replacing the door, and installing a dehumidifier. "They did removal of old broken-down encapsulation, redid, made air-tight, waterproofed, mold and mildew treatment, French drains on two sides, drained cinder blocks, filled holes left from previous drains and vents, installed new sump pump and dug in, leveled-the slanted area for proper drainage, installed new exterior drain, relieved 4" of standing water and established proper flow. PROFESSIONALS TO THE MAX!!! It's gorgeous and clean and brilliantly done. I can't say enough good stuff about Patrick and his crew! Even after traipsing in and out with wet, muddy old encapsulation materials and debris in the rain, they left my place in sparkling condition -- NO evidence of them ever having been there! No cig stubs (they don't smoke), no old drink bottles, not even a cleaning cloth. Swept, washed drive, vac'ed ramp, washed entry ladder. VERY knowledgeable. Not my first encapsulation and sump pump situation but by far THE BEST. Quality materials, good work ethic, a pleasure!"
