***Please read this if you are considering doing business with HydroHelp911. I want to tell you my experience with the people you are considering giving your money to. After being presented with an $1,800 discount if we “sign a contract today”, we stupidly did sign that contract without reading the multiple pages of fine print (on an ipad, on our front porch). The salesman, Justus Rowe, certainly did not volunteer to mention any of the consequences for canceling the contract. To be fair, we had no intentions to cancel. We forked over a 50% deposit of $8300 with the work scheduled to begin in two months. A week later, we received some unexpected medical news and needed to cancel that contract. After reading a copy of the fine print, we learned that they were legally able to keep 33% of the TOTAL quote of $16,600. This amounted to nearly $5,500. We followed the directions in the contract to cancel in writing. No response. We contacted the sales rep, Justus, who told us to speak with his manager, Ryan. We left numerous messages for Ryan for nearly three weeks with no response. Finally, we were able to speak with the owner, Cory Parks. He said he had been trying to get in touch with us, although there were no phone calls, voicemails, texts, or emails from him to be found on our devices. Weird, I know! So, we begged him to do the honorable thing and refund our deposit in full since no materials had been purchased and no work had been started. He basically said that he is following “industry standards” and is legally entitled to keep the money, so he would do just that. He said, “Thank you” and then just hung up. Just to be extra clear, THE OWNER OF HYDROHELP911 TOOK $5,500 FOR GIVING US A FREE ESTIMATE…because he could. I believe this speaks volumes to the character and integrity of Mr. Parks. He should be ashamed, but I have a sneaking suspicion that he isn't. At the very least, he should have offered us $5500 worth of work and/or materials. I can't comment on the quality of their work, since HH911 performed no work for the money they took, but it is my opinion that they are not good people. If you believe, as I do, that we should treat each other with some basic human decency, then please consider another company to give your hard earned money to. And don't sign anything until you read everything.

Very impressed with their timely response, expertise and quality job. HydroHelp911 was reasonable and the only contractor equipped to install vapor barrier that was 20mil thick. The dehumidifier works like a charm. Also, I was able to finance the total cost for an entire year - interest free! Many thanks to Justus, Gavin, Steven and Job..

Fast, efficient and very professional. They came out did the quote, got us on the books, called because they were able to start the job a day early. They finished in the time stated that it would take. Super polite work group, spoke to me and my dogs everytime they saw us. Cleaned up all the trash when finishing the job. Couldn't have asked for a smoother process! Will definitely hire again and refer people!

Great knowledgeable company. No hidden cost. Upfront from the beginning. Even did some additional work a couple years later for no additional fee. Highly recommend!

Cory came out and then gave us his assessment and was very thorough. Cory’s crew did a great job. Very nice and able to answer questions. We are having Cory come back to work on foundation issues in couple weeks. Would definitely recommend!

A target date was given when the contract was executed. The date was met, work performed exactly as described by courteous, efficient HydroHelp 911 staff. Several months later the results have met and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Cory and his crew for basement and crawl space improvements.

Great experience! We have used HydroHelp911 twice, once for crawl space encapsulation and once for additional support installation in the crawl space to support a kitchen island. The crew was very informative, hard-working, and completed both jobs in less time than expected. Would definitely use again!

I was experiencing a mold smell and mold present in some kitchen cabniets. I had some companies come out and investigate what was the cause and was told I had crawl space issue. These other companies made me feel like I was being over sold on work to remedy the issue. I reached out to HydroHelp911 and from the very beginning Cory made me feel at ease on what the issue was and what was needed to do to fix my issues in my crawl space. Cory and his team were professional and completed the work in a timely manner. Through the entire process Cory and his team sent pictures and videos to show the issues and what they did to resolve it. Made me feel at ease and that I was getting quality work for a fair price. All issues resolved and now feel at ease that it will not return.

The job is documented and always reviewed to make sure it is done correctly. They are one of the best companies we have worked with on home renovations and repairs. They want the customer to be satisfied and happy with their work. We notice an immediate difference in our floors and the amount of deflation. We noticed a huge increase in energy savings on the first encapsulation we had them do too.
