We are a small landscaping company out of Durham N.C. We have been serving the Triangle for 24 years this June . We started with residential lawn services and gradually moved into Commercial Maintenance. Over the years, we pursued landscaping trades by way of education and hiring employees who have been qualified to perform various landscaping jobs. We install retaining walls , patio, fencing, landscaping lighting, grading , sod installation, renovation of lawn , trees, shrubs , flowerbeds, drainage system, and much more.

There were some things I wished they hadn't done, but they were VERY minor, and like I said, it was a HUGE job. The acre lot was ALL WEEDS. Well, pretty much. They did GREAT! I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

"The plumber reworked the drain piping under the sink in December due to a leak at a connection joint. 3 Months later a connector came loose while the dishwasher was running and water flooded the sink cabinet. I called Dr Drain and was informed it would be 4 days before someone could come out and fix it. I explained this was an emergency, the kitchen sink was inoperable due to the drain pipe being disconnected and I could not go 4 days without my kitchen sink. The person I spoke to did not say they were sorry this happened (it was obviously not hooked up correctly in the beginning) or offer any help in the situation. It is unexceptable for a plumber to not offer emergency services when something they did failed and made the sink inoperable for 4 days."
