I cannot be more pleased. I am not one to use superlatives, but after dealing with 4 other companies that did not seem to know what they were doing I was extremely happy with the quality of his work, his pricing, his responsiveness, his efficiency and most of all his honesty. Thank you Angie's List for having him on your list. He is my new well go-to person. He knows wells!!!!
Description of Work: we had strong sulfur smell in water 4 different companies wanted to sell us a new filter system But Mr. Cress quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a bad water tank. Wish I had found him one year ago!!! This was also my first time using Angie's List

Description of Work: My husband and I bought a new home and unfortunately a new water pump was needed. We contacted Mr. Cress and he came to our rescue. He replaced our water pump in jiffy! We've been in our home for almost 5 years now and havent had a bit of trouble. I have also called Mr. Cress out due to our water pipes freezing over the winter. I have two small boys and we had no water. James Cress Jr. Water Pump Company came out and found where the water was froze and fixed the problem. You dont realize how important running water is until you dont have it. I definitely will always use this company for all my water/plumbing needs!!! They are exceptional.

James Cress Jr Water Pump Company came out to check my well and give me an estimate on work to be performed. He was punctual with his appointment with me. He replaced my pump in the well and I am one satisfied customer. I will call him again. I will be referring him to family and friends. I was satisfied with the hob and the cost was reasonable.
