Peter and RJ worked efficiently right from the start. They removed the old tankless water heater and mounted the new one. Then, modified and replaced the old gas and water pipes and fittings as necessary to connect the new unit. They were in and out in about 4hrs with no major issues. They did have one minor issue with the outdoor exhaust housing not fitting but performed a work-around to insure the unit would work properly while waiting for the replacement part to come in. When it arrived, roughly a week later, Peter came right out and installed the hood. The technicians were a good team, polite and personable and I was pleased with the finished installation.

Second time I called upon Air Experts & I’m glad. Will Moreno did a great job explaining what & why needed repairing, called in for the part & got it done the day after the holiday. We didn’t even have to suffer without any AC in the heat waiting for the repair. Will call them again & again!

I called Air Experts at 7:30 am on a Friday morning and they were here by 10:30! I was so concerned that I might have to wait a weekend in this 90 degree weather before I would be able to get an appointment but because Air Experts is so large, they have 45 techs that service the area, they were able to send a seasoned technician pretty quickly. And he had the parts on the truck to fix it on the spot. He was very thorough in explaining the problems and how they would be fixed and the cost wasn't out of line at all. I would highly recommend Air Experts during this hot summer temperatures!

Communication via text before the visit kept me updated on the coming visit. The technician Shane Collins was very knowledgeable. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions.

Was assured by the representative on the phone that repairman would have the necessary part for my water heater when he arrived. He arrived without the part, quoted an exorbitent price to fix it, tried to sell me a new water heater, and charged $79 for the info. Called another service an had it repaired for less than half Air Experts quoted price. Works great now.

I've done business with Air Experts for well over 10 years from installation of a replacement system in our previous house followed by regular service and service in our new house. We're on the annual maintenance plan. Techs arrive on time, are neat, take care of the maintenance efficiently, explain what was done and handle the paperwork quickly. Will continue to use them and recommend them.

Travis did a great job. The office called about 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way he introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. Got everything done and did a recap for us. I've joined the protection plan so they will come out twice a year and service it before summer & winter

Devin Starr did a terrific job on a routine maintenance check of my HVAC system. He was on time and professional and did a thorough job ensuring my system was in good working order.

Air ecperts technician Mark provided a thorough and honest assessment of 1) the condition of my hvac system and 2) determined the source of a separate issue related to a running toilet. Most importantly he confirmed a suspicion i had with another highly rated hvac/plumbing company. This other company (Streamline Services, Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical) stated a few months earlierbi had growth in my ductwork and of course suggested follow up work costing over $1,000. However, since my hvac system is about 3 years old i was of course suspicious and contacted Air Experts which I use to service other rental properties i own. They confirmed with pics that there was absolutely no growth in my ductwork or any other component of my hvac system. This alone gives me confidence to use Air Experts for my other rental properties going forward. I will no longer being using the services of the other hvac company.
