They were professional and courteous the entire time they were here. We will be working with them in the future to replace the rest of the windows that need done. I spoke to Bob and told him I no longer had any faith in his company and wanted a refund. He initially agreed to give me a partial refund (less a restocking fee), but later reneged saying he couldn't get a credit from the window manufacturer. Terrible company. Buyer beware."

I began by getting several estimates and Scott's was in the ballpark with the other estimates, but what sold me on Scott was his ability to understand what my wife and I were looking for. I had a particular design that I wanted and unlike the other contractors who wanted to do it "their way", Scott was able to accommodate our request. Scott obtained the required permits in short order, was on time daily to perform the work, was available for all inspections, informed me if he would be late the day prior and was an absolute professional in facets of the job. Scott completed the project in the timeline he stated, did a high quality and professional job of the structure and all of the extra features we requested and even did a few other things at no cost.
