Paid $500 deposit in August 2022 for a replacement bay window. Was told installation would be in October. October came and went with no window. I kept calling and getting "it's in production." By the first week in January 2023 I'd had it and sent a letter to the company on Jan 10 requesting a refund. Was notified on January 12 that window was ready. I spoke to Bob and told him I no longer had any faith in his company and wanted a refund. He initially agreed to give me a partial refund (less a restocking fee), but later reneged saying he couldn't get a credit from the window manufacturer. Terrible company. Buyer beware.

They were awesome. They came out when they said they would for the estimate. When they said they'd be here for the work, they were on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They were good company to work for.

They did a fantastic job! I love our new windows and would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends and anyone in need of new windows!

America’s Best was very professional and friendly. When they came out for the estimate they explained everything that they would be doing and why their windows were the best in the area, not to mention, they have the quickest turnaround time in the area! Very reasonable prices as well! Couldn’t be happier with this company. Definitely would recommend to anyone seeking quality work with top quality windows!
