First day of putting in the posts - team arrived on time and communicated well with us until they cut through our cable line. Instead of telling us, they called the office to call us, which they did not (apparently, they had the wrong phone number?). They said the cable line cut was their site surveyor's fault for not labeling the underground cable wire. The next team came a couple days later to finish the fence - again, on time and on the day they said they would show. The leader, I believe his name was Adrian, of this team was very personable and friendly. They communicated to us that the first team put the post in wrong for our gate, so they were unable to finish the entire fence. They came back in a day to fix it. They put the fence up while we were at work and didn't realize until later that they put a 5 foot fence up when we requested a 6 ft fence. There is no price difference, but we wanted a tall enough fence that our dogs would not be able to jump over. However, the fence looked great as is - on the other side, the company did make three mistakes - we called to complain and within a few days, they took $115 off our price. We were happy that we were compensated although a small amount. Besides the mistakes, the people in the office and on site were friendly and the fence was done on time and it looks great. Just be sure to communicate several times to several different people about what you want!

The fence building process went great from the initial sales consultation until the trim work was completed. They did a great job keeping us aware of each step of the process. I would recommend them and use them for any future work.

The crew worked well, arrived on time and added the swing gates springs that we wanted to make the doors close automatically. Would recommend this company. Kris was great for the estimate. I was happy he took the time to come out and give an estimate, rather than other companies giving an online estimate quote. His quote was spot on and no additional fees were added on for the project.

Harrison Fence did a great job on my fence. From the office staff, to the estimator, to the build team, everyone was very professional. Kris came out for my initial estimate and helped me decide on the best option for my needs and budget. He then did a follow-up visit (without my even asking!) to confirm the plans after my survey was done. The build team was just as helpful. I needed to make a change on the first day of the build, and Pasqual was very accommodating. The build team did a very nice job. My fence looks great!

The fence was part of our new home purchase contract. Our builder made the arrangements based on our fence plan. In November 2012, the HOA approved a fence installation on the property line or 3-4" inside the property line. In December 2012, we relocated to our new home state and new retirement home, and found that the fence was not installed as planned. We discussed our concerns with our builder and their contractor, Harrison Fence. In June 2013, Harrison Fence provided a proposal. In July 2013, the corrective action plan was completed.

Quick, professionally, no problems - EXCELLENT SERVICE

I like them they are very responsive. They did a nice job.

They were quick to provide an estimate, and helped us fill out our HOA paperwork. They were also patient when it took forever for the HOA to meet and actually approve the fence. They built the fence in two parts- one day was sinking the posts, then a few days later they came to put up the fence. Overall, they were friendly and professional. But we found after they left several discarded scraps of wood, a few empty drink bottles, and a random cardboard box that must've been used to carry food or supplies in, so that cost them a little on professionalism. We also didn't realize until a few weeks later when we went to stain the fence that a whole section of boards had not been completely attached horizontal structural beams. I figured this was just the result of a rushed day, and wasn't too concerned, though again, cost them some points on quality and professionalism. We contacted the main office, and were told that the guy in charge of the actual job would contact us soon. That took about a week. Then we were told that someone would come by a few days later, but that they had no estimate of when (at least Comcast gives you a 4 hour range). They were a no show, and only after we contacted them the next day were we given a story about the guy being injured. Assuming the story is true, points lost on professionalism for not making us aware until we contacted them. They said they would reschedule for a different day, but no day was given. They just happened to come by while one of use were home (we had never been contacted about the day), and we luckily got it all fixed. That annoying experience cost them a few points on punctuality and responsiveness. Now that the fence is properly installed, we're satisfied with the job. I knocked the rating because of the annoying errors (trash, missed section, delayed response). I would just caution that you need to make sure that everything is done properly, and that they clean after themselves. Otherwise, you'll have to wait a week or two for it to be fixed.

It took about four weeks for all the materials to arrive for the installation, once we signed the papers. Once it came in, they called and scheduled based on our timeframe because we wanted to be home and watch or supervise. A week and a half later, they came out to install it and it took them two and a half days to get it all in. The installation was included in the Home Depot price. One of the biggest issues we had with them was that, after the initial install, they had to come back on several occasions because some of the things weren’t lined up correctly. When they finally got it all done, they made it right so we were pleased with that. We also had a couple of issues with language barrier with the installers, English wasn’t their first language and when they came out to fix the fence, I had difficulty , my wife spoke Spanish but she wasn’t here when they came in to fix. I couldn’t really communicate in Spanish but I wasn’t expecting that because when they first came out to install, the supervisor was English speaking so we didn’t have any problems at all. It was that second time, two weeks after the first time, which is when I couldn’t communicate because they didn’t have English-speaking supervisors then.

The 1st fence went well the 2nd fence, to be never happened. They never returned 4 of my messages and never showed up for an estimate after they made the appointment !

Professional company and staff. We felt like we got a great price for a great quality fence.

They took augers and dug new holes and put in new posts. They replaced about 200 feet of our wood fence and fixed the gate. They did a great job. They were on time. They also noticed the there was an issue with the gate and let us know. They consulted with us to make sure they weren't making up the issue. The pricing was reasonable.

They did a good job in coming out and giving the estimate.

I we made an appt for an onsite estimate. R. Harrison came out and desussed what was needed. Mr Harrison made an estimate, and we set a date for the repairs. Three gentlemen arrived on time replaced the gate quickly. They explained what was going to be done then what was done. The site was left clean. They were very professional from first call to the finish. When repairs or new fence will be needed we will call Harrisonfence

This company was so fast and efficient..they called us back first, came out and gave us an estimate, and we had already contracted them before some other companies. We called on a Tuesday, they came out for estimate on a Wed, had an estimate that day..hired them on Friday, and Monday morning they came out to do the work and were done by 5pm that day. I didn't think it was possible to get a fence up this fast! The quality was great too, they cleaned up and left no signs of being there (except a new fence!)

They quote was too high and they were very pushy. Their terms and conditions included a 2-3% credit card administrative fee, a 75% down payment which was around $2500 down before they did the job. Other companies only want around 10%. I bet they called me 6 times. I already knew based on the first quote that they would probably be too high. They called and said they'd really like to work with me and wanted to send the owner because he could do more with their prices. I said sure but had to postpone the appointment. Then they sent a measurement guy, not the the owner, and it took a few days for them to send the estimate which I thought was odd. I told them I couldn't do anything until I had the letter from my home owner's association saying the fence was approved. They kept calling me to see if I knew anything and they said they had me on the schedule to call in a month, I told them I would call them. I then called when I got the letter and they updated the estimate and it was still over $3000. They said they use high quality fencing, but I told them another company was offering a lifetime warranty and their terms were better. They were really, really responsive, but also pushy and I don't like that - maybe other people do. I emailed them and to let them know I hoped they would have been able to meet a competitor's price and their approach was at times pushy. Their work is very good, but I think they can run things differently.

They did an excellent job. They had excellent customer service and were fantastic. They could not have been nicer. I am going to use them again in a couple of weeks. They were incredible. I haven't worked with a company this good in a long time.

A Harrison Fence design consultant came out to our house to measure and quote our project. They got back to us quickly with a fare price. Harrison Fence was very flexible with us as we changed the style fencing just days before the install. We ended up choosing the style fence to match our neighbors, and to our pleasant surprise our fence is built much better. The crew was prompt and cleaned up before they left. We are pleased and will recommend Harrison Fence to our friends and family.
