"👎🏼took months to get the project (roof and siding) completed. There were no managers on site. They didn’t put Tyvek on and had to tear siding off of one side to re-do. The tarps they used were old and full of holes. They did not clean up debris, nails, screws, cigarette butts, razor blades. They charged us for items they did not do. When we complained to management they apologized and promised to be there the next day— and never would follow through. The sales rep changed the contract after we signed it. It took us, senior citizens, hours to clean up after them. We paid most of the money holding back some money to dispute the billing. And now we are getting threatened to put a lien on our property. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone. Zero stars. The Emerson project manager apologized saying this job did go bad and it usually didn’t go so bad. I’m disputing the bill, and they don’t care. I’m not paying for something they failed to do. Poor business 👎🏼"

Their price was not the lowest price proposal we received but it was far better than the other Hardie Board competition due to the high level of expertise KC Pros brought to the job. The crew came on time, worked 10 hours a day, left the work site pretty clean each night and came every day but Sundays until the job was completed. The results and the foreman’s response to our questions/requests were excellent. We were not asked to pay a penny until the job was complete and we were completely satisfied. There are so many dodgy contractors out there it is great to find someone who is honest, fast and delivers exactly what they say they will deliver. If anyone asks us to recommend a siding installation company, KC Pros will be the first name we will utter!!"

"After replacing my roof, I continued to have two major leaks, and was told it was either the guttering or the flashing where two parts of the building connected. My handyman examined and caulked around the flashing, but the leaks continued. I finally spent thousands to replace all of my guttering system, and they found rotten wood and improper installation of some of the newer roofing materials. Two different roofers examined the problem areas, and both said that those should have been repaired during the roof replacement. BSG refused to even come out and look at the problems, but I have photographs proving that, as one roofer said, "Sheeting does not extend down to the fascia as it should." I spent hundreds on the handyman, $1000 on the roofer to fix the problem, and I still have to have the extensive damage to my ceilings and walls repaired."
