Description of Work: John rebuilt our deck and added a pergola and built in bench as well. The craftsmanship is truly incredible and his attention to detail is impeccable. We had actually initially contacted him to do work on our front porch, and he was the third person who came to give a bid. John was the first one of them who really listened to my ideas and spent time discussing options and possibilities for the project that were in line with my vision. We had such a good meeting that I immediately asked him to also take a look at our deck project, and he was as open minded and collaborative on that as he had been on the front porch. |John was always very courteous, and is a really nice guy who takes time to make sure the job is done right. |We ended up having him do the deck this summer, and will definitely be asking him to do more projects on our 90+ year old house. |

+ -1 moreGuest bath involved replacing tile, vanity and stool, refinishing tub and adding shower. ROL scheduled work so I had a functioning guest bath at critical dates even though the job had not been completed. What a life saver. Master bath was a gut and rebuild. Extensive plumbing and electrical work was required. Old tub was removed, supply and drain relocated and a walk in glass shower with vertical spa was installed. The stool was relocated and replaced with dual flush stool equipped with a wash let with a heated seat. The vanity is an attractive unit that is a piece of furniture not just a vanity. The doorway was relocated and changed from hinged to pocket. The door itself was converted and reused in the pocket to preserve the unique look in the hallway. ROL installed heated floors in both baths. They also built recessed medicine cabinets with mirrored doors for each. A nice touch in the master bath is electric power inside the medicine cabinet. Declutters the vanity top. Floors and walls are tile and vanity tops are granite The project was accomplished within the budget that had been prepared. Quality of work is excellent. The work was completed within the time frame I had established. The change is astounding. Warm feet are wonderful, especially on a cold winter night.
Description of Work: ROL updated two bathrooms in my 85 year old house. Excellent work. ROL provided design assistance to help me translate my ideas and wants into a plan. They helped me choose quality materials and products. Then we produced a budget (quote) and a schedule.

Description of Work: Our old house has settled. The storm door would not shut and we where afraid that the house door would soon not be usable. We had several people come look and the job and give bids, We needed a new door way (door frame, side lidghts door and storm door. Also, our door bell did not work, there had been some damage to the hardwood floor just inside the door way and we needed a new mail box installed. John handled all of it. John was the most thorough in his evaluation of what needed to be done. The new door way is in and looks and works wonderfully. John was a pleasure to deal with.
