After replacing my roof, I continued to have two major leaks, and was told it was either the guttering or the flashing where two parts of the building connected. My handyman examined and caulked around the flashing, but the leaks continued. I finally spent thousands to replace all of my guttering system, and they found rotten wood and improper installation of some of the newer roofing materials. Two different roofers examined the problem areas, and both said that those should have been repaired during the roof replacement. BSG refused to even come out and look at the problems, but I have photographs proving that, as one roofer said, "Sheeting does not extend down to the fascia as it should." I spent hundreds on the handyman, $1000 on the roofer to fix the problem, and I still have to have the extensive damage to my ceilings and walls repaired.

First of all, I want to rate BSG Services a perfect Ten on a scale of one to ten. This perfect Ten is for every aspect from start to finish. I contacted Mr. Gilpin, owner of this family owned business, who was recommended to me from a very respected and reliable source. Mr. Gilpin stated he would be there and meet the insurance adjuster which gave me peace of mind. The adjuster told me he would be at my home on a certain date and said he would be here between nine AM and eleven AM. At that day, Mr. Gilpin was at my house at eight-forty five, in a clearly marked company truck. He phoned me to tell me he was here and asked if I had any questions. I did not so he said he would wait outside so as not to disturb my wife and myself. After Mr. Gilpin and the adjuster were finished, the adjuster spoke with me and left. Mr. Gilpin explained to me every thing in an easy to understand, professional, and courteous fashion. I am in my fifties, so I have dealt with many people in these years involving a variety of circumstances. I felt confident that all would be well, and it was. If it was for his company our church would have been unfairly ripped off by the insurance company. He worked hand and hand with the company gathering mass amount of documentation to prove our a/c was damaged due to hail
