This is a monster tree with a trunk about 6 feet in diameter. They contacted UE to have the electric service line dropped. They came out when scheduled with a bucket truck. After an hour the bucket truck's hydrolic line started leaking. They stopped work and went to another job while a guy came out to fix the truck. They returned later to continue work. They had all the bucket work completed with just climbing work to do. One of the limbs of my tree was wedged in my neighbor's tree and had to be taken out in pieces by a climber over my neighbor's yard. They needed access to my neighbor's yard. It started raining and the limbs were to slippery to continue. When they returned, I was not there and the neighbor would now allow them to enter their yard because of thier dog. I had to contact my neighbor to schedule a day when they would not be home and I would be there. A date was scheduled and the tree crew returned to complete the job. They cut and stacked all the usable firewood (about a full cord). They cleaned up my property and my neighbor's yard. Raymond (owner/estimator) is very good to deal with. Donny the crew lead is very good and easy to deal with. The two problems (truck breakdown and my neighbor) were out of their control. I'm very pleased and will use them again. They were $325 lower then my other bid.

The employees were punctual, polite, and professional. They did exactly what I asked and thoroughly cleaned up after.

I Callled Happy Tree after reading a report on Angies List. They responded with an estimate in one day. I called them back and they immediately set an appointment, informed me they would contact the power company to lower the electric lines that were vulnerable when the tree came down. They arrived on the day of their appointment and removed the tree. They came back the next day and cleaned up all the remaining logs and debris. They were very responsive and they cleaned up everything. I was very pleased from start to end on their professionalism

They were very reasonable. Infact, we couldn’t believe as to how reasonable they were. We had three large trees taken down at the back. They even ground down the stumps. They got the job done very quickly. They cleaned up all the debris. We’d recommend them for any kind of tree service. We will hire them again in the future, if need be.

They were pleasant, polite, as well as thorough. No mess was left behind at all. The estimate came in the middle, so they weren't the most or least expensive of the estimates I received.

They did a good job. They cleaned up and took the roots out and everything. Actually, I wasn't able to be there at that time because it's a house that I own and am renting to somebody else. Their price was very reasonable. They couldn't do it immediately after I called them and said they would be out there in three weeks. They gave a date when they were going to come and they came on that date. They were excellent and I would use them in future if needed.

Three men and a truck with a shredder came on time and trimmed three very large oak trees, one very large locust tree, and one large poplar that also necessitated two cables between branches some 20 ft above the ground. They also did a great job at trimming the small trees whose branches touched the roof. Their cleanup job was perfect. The whole job took one and a half day.

I called Ray on a Sunday afternoon. It was a very windy day and we noticed that the Pine's roots were lifting with every gust of wind. This is around a 35 ft. tree so we were very concerned. Ray said he could be at our house in about 30 min. When he arrived my husband had already cabled the tree to another tree and Ray gave him advice on what more he could do to secure the tree. He came on a Sunday, gave us advice and charged us nothing for his time! Needless to say we will call Happy Tree Service for any future tree service.

They did a great job. I was very impressed with the rates. They were very courteous. They cleaned up any mess they made. If needed, I will continue to use them.

I chose this company because of their good reputation. I had several estimates and the price was reasonable. The work was quick and clean-up was thorough.

There prices are fair and they are on time when they are scheduled.
