Description of Work: My only complaint is that the bathroom tile got scratched by some of the equipment. I wish he had used more drop cloths.

Description of Work: In and out. Our tub looks brand new! The smell is AWFUL so plan to keep a fan running for the first 2-3 days. We had an attic fan to run during the process which saved the day. :) |

Description of Work: Provider refused to make contact and set appointment via email insisting that a telephone conversation had to be had before coming to house to see the actual project to be completed. In this day and age, electronic means of setting an appointment should be acceptable and expected - and, they should contact me to have a conversation to set the appointment, which they still have not done.

Description of Work: Based on previous reviews for The Tub Company here I contacted them about reglazing my bathtub. The company was able to schedule me about a week after I called and quoted a price that made sense. The worker arrived absolutely on time and went about his work. It was about a six hour job and he did a fine job of containing the dust and dirt from the rest of my condo. His clean up was good and the result for the bath tub looked just great. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. The worker was pleasant and did explain all that he was going to do. I'd use this company again.
