He was a super nice guy and stayed way longer than I expected him to (on a Sunday) , but he told me he wasn't going until he had everything done for my power to be turned back on. When he was finished, my new one had every wire going straight down and over to the breakers; nothing crossed or twisted. I would not only highly recommend Mr. Electric, but I would recommend Joe! When he opened it, he discovered the screen was shattered. I was able to return the tv and he is coming back out on a separate trip to hang it. He has really gone above and beyond.
