Jarvis Electric did all of the electric for our new build and has come back to add additional items that we have added since we have been in the home. Super responsive and quick to complete all requested work. Top notch service. Extremely reasonable price. I appreciate that they always keep a clean worksite and never leave a mess, even if coming back the next day to finish a job. I have not only used them for my home but referred them to my mom and dad as well when they needed work done. Great company with great people and really easy to deal with. They truly went above and beyond.

I was amazed how quickly they responded on one of the coldest, nastiest days Granite City had had in a long time. I was concerned that the appointment had been scheduled for 3:30, but they came out about 2:15 that afternoon. There was a moment of confusion when the service man went to my home address instead of my daughter's house, which was where the repairs took place, but I was able to lead him to her house. Once he diagnosed the problems, it was repaired in less than an hour, enabling me to pick up my grandchildren from school and day care with no disruption to the rest of my day. I would strongly recommend Jarvis Electric to anyone in the future!

It went well. The technician was on time and very professional. He made sure I understood what his concerns were and quickly came up with a fix. I am very pleased with the work that was done.

Work was completed to restore functional outlets. Price was high compared to a recent quote I got from a handyman to install a GFCI on an outlet without one, but this could be due to the nature of a repair vs. install or electrician vs. handyman rates.

Scott Jarvis cake out and did an initial survey of the work, advised me if things I could do myself to save time/labor, and agreed to do any work that I could notaccomplish on my own the next week. He asked me to schedule via email, which I did, and I never heard from him or anyone else at Jarvis Electric again. I ended up having to hit another contractor at the last minute to do the work because of a tight time schedule.

Electric work was wholly substandard and FLUNKED a St Clair County inspection. It cost me another $3000 + to repair the damage they did. Never again.

I have no words other than you MUST hire these guys. Joe Jarvis - part owner - gave me his personal cell phone and was willing to answer me at any time. He was great and made me feel like part of the Jarvis family rather than a customer. Still to this day when I have an idea for new work, I send him a text and he and his company are on it. I will keep them as my electricians as long as I live in the area.

Called asked if they could look at a box I needed upgraded he said he would call me right back had to look at the schedule didn't ask me for my number so I asked if he wanted my number he said he had it needless to say he never called back so my 1400 dollar job went to someone else awful customer service from Jarvis electric!

He was professional. He came out and did the job. He was very nice about it. They got it done in just a couple of hours. The price was reasonable.

They are phenomenal. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It was a fair price and they worked with me with the scheduling because I did not live in that city (was updating my father's house to sell).
