"I'd give zero stars if I could. Made an appt for 12:00-4:00 with me getting a call from the tech Coll Mcminn around 3:47 saying he was on his way and will be 35 minutes. He said that before he comes out it would be $125 just to come out and then another $275 to diagnose the leak in my system. So $400 just to find the problem. As we continued talking I got the feeling like he was just done for the day and was trying to talk me in to getting a quote for a new system so he wouldn't have to come out. I told him the system is 15 years old which isn't that old but he said it was probably in the coils which would require replacing half the system anyway. I only called them because they moved my AC line a few years back and was thinking it possible that they didn't do that properly to begin with which could be the source of the leak. The PVC work that they did was faulty and they had to come back to fix that. Not a great company if you ask me."

It’s almost like and can’t get ahold of them they finally answer and say they will be there at 4. Call at the 3:50 and said technician was in route and will be there at 4. It’s 5 and no one ever showed up still could not get ahold of anyone. Very disorganized and unreliable company to hire."
