"Very bad experience with Josh Woods. When he came to the house to review the project, we explained everything we wanted done. When he sent the bid it seemed reasonable for everything we were asking for. He only did half of the job and said he forgot to add the rest to the bid so that was going to cost double the price. He finally stopped showing up and started asking for checks without the job being completed. If you decide to use Josh, make sure you measure the square footage in the bid before you start the project to avoid what happened to me."
